Regiel [ˈrɛɡʲɛl] (German : Regeln) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Ełk, within Ełk County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. [1] It lies approximately 7 kilometres (4 mi) south-east of Ełk and 128 km (80 mi) east of the regional capital Olsztyn.

Gmina Ełk is a rural gmina in Ełk County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland. Its seat is the town of Ełk, although the town is not part of the territory of the gmina.
