Republika Srpska official under-23 football team is a youth team of Republika Srpska that represents the Bosnian entity in friendly matches and is controlled by the Football Association of Republika Srpska.
The Republika Srpska U-23 team has played against Serie A team Udinese its first international match on 12 March 2014. [1]

The team won the gold medal at the 2010 Asian Games and were champions in the 2016 AFC U-23 Championship. Since 1992, it was decided that teams targeting athletes under the age of 23 will participate in the Olympics. Therefore, the name changes to Japan national under-22 football team the year before the Olympics and Japan national under-21 football team two years prior. The 2011–12 First League of the Republika Srpska is the seventeenth season of the First League of the Republika Srpska, the second tier football league of Bosnia and Herzegovina, since its original establishment and the tenth as a second-tier league. It began on 13 August 2011 and ended on 26 May 2012; a winter break where no matches will be played was in effect between 5 November 2011 and 10 March 2012. Kozara were the last champions, having won their first championship title in the 2010–11 season and earning a promotion to Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This year Radnik won the championship, the third time they won the First League of the Republika Srpska.
