The Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq is a Shia Islamist political party in Iraq. It was established in Iran in 1982 by Mohammed Baqir al-Hakim and changed its name to the current Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq in 2007. Its political support comes from Iraq's Shia Muslim community.
Seiyun is a city in the region and Governorate of Hadhramaut in Yemen. It is located in the middle of the Hadhramaut Valley, about 360 km (220 mi) from Mukalla, the capital of Mukalla District and the largest city in the area, via western route. It is 12 km (7.5 mi) from Shibam and 35 km (22 mi) from Tarim, the other large cities in the valley.

It is well known for having green gardens which contain olive and fig trees, and grape-vines. Tafilah was first built by the Edomites and was called Tophel.

Madaba is one of the governorates of Jordan. It is located southwest of Amman, the capital of Jordan, and its capital is Madaba. The governorate is ranked 8th by population and by area. It is bordered by Balqa Governorate to the north, The Capital Governorate to the east, Karak Governorate to the south and the Dead Sea to the west.

Al Buraimi Governorate is one of the 11 governorates of Oman. The area was part of Ad Dhahirah Region until October 2006, when a new governorate was created from the Wilayats (Provinces) of Al Buraymi and Mahdah. A third wilayat, As-Sunaynah, was created from parts of the two. Dr. Hamad bin Ahmed Al Busaidi has been governor since 2020.

Al-Mazar Al-Shamali or Northern Al-Mazar is a city in the Irbid Governorate of north-western Jordan. It's the capital city of Al Mazar al Shamali Department. Located 15 km south-west of Irbid it has a population of approximately 20,000 people and the major family is Al-Shorman. The region consists of a series of mountain ranges that reach approximately 780 meters above the sea level.
Early parliamentary elections were held in Jordan on 23 January 2013. All 150 seats in the House of Representatives were up for election. Voter turnout was reported to be 56.6%.
Udhruh, also spelled Adhruh, is a town in southern Jordan, administratively part of the Ma'an Governorate. It is located 15 kilometers (9.3 mi) east of Petra. It is the center of the Udhruh Subdistrict. In 2015, the town had a population of 1,700 and the subdistrict had a population of 8,374.

In the 1854 Iowa State Senate elections, Iowa voters elected state senators to serve in the fifth Iowa General Assembly. Elections were held for 19 of the state senate's 31 seats. State senators serve four-year terms in the Iowa State Senate.
