Billy Eugene Self Jr. is an American basketball coach. He is the head men's basketball coach at the University of Kansas, a position he has held since 2003. During his 19 seasons as head coach, he has led the Jayhawks to 16 Big 12 regular season championships, including a share of an NCAA record 14 consecutive Big 12 regular season championships (2005–2018). He has also led the Jayhawks to three NCAA Final Four appearances, and the 2008 NCAA championship. Self was inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in 2017. At the end of the 2020–21 season, Self had the 19th most wins among Division I coaches in NCAA history and 6th among active head coaches. He is the second-winningest coach in Kansas history, behind only Hall of Famer Phog Allen.
Roy Allen-Theodore Williams is an American retired college basketball coach who served as the men's head coach for the North Carolina Tar Heels for 18 seasons and the Kansas Jayhawks for 15 seasons. He was inducted into the College Basketball Hall of Fame in 2006 and the Basketball Hall of Fame in 2007.
Stanley Heath III is an American basketball coach currently serving as the head coach for Eastern Michigan. Heath formerly served as head coach at the University of South Florida, the University of Arkansas and Kent State University, the latter of whom he led to the Elite Eight of the 2002 NCAA Basketball Tournament. He led all three programs to at least one NCAA Tournament.
Lloyd Eugene Keady is an American basketball coach. He is best known for his 25 years serving as the head men's basketball coach at Purdue University in Indiana. Eric Patrick Musselman is an American college basketball coach who is the current head men's basketball coach at the University of Arkansas. He is the former head coach of the Sacramento Kings and Golden State Warriors of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Between head coaching stints at Golden State and Sacramento, Musselman served as an assistant for the Memphis Grizzlies under Mike Fratello. He moved to the college coaching ranks in 2012 as an assistant at Arizona State. From 2014–19, he was the head coach for Nevada. The son of former NBA head coach Bill Musselman, Eric Musselman was a head coach in the Continental Basketball Association (CBA) before becoming an assistant coach with the Minnesota Timberwolves, Orlando Magic, and Atlanta Hawks.
Thad Michael Matta is a former American college basketball coach. From 2004 to 2017, Matta led the Ohio State Buckeyes to five Big Ten Conference regular season championships, four Big Ten Tournament titles, two Final Four appearances, and the 2008 NIT Championship. He is the winningest coach in Ohio State history.
Kenneth Lee "Doc" Sadler is an American college basketball coach. He was the head men's basketball coach at the University of Southern Mississippi, a position he held from 2014 through the 2018-19 season. Sadler served as the head men's basketball coach at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) from 2004 to 2006 and the University of Nebraska–Lincoln from 2006 to 2012.

Reginald Lamont Hamilton, Jr. is an American professional basketball player. In 2011–12, his senior year at Oakland University, Hamilton averaged 26.2 points per game to lead all of NCAA Division I in scoring. He scored 2,188 points between his time spent at UMKC and Oakland.
The 2013–14 UMKC Kangaroos men's basketball team represented the University of Missouri–Kansas City during the 2013–14 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Kangaroos were led by new head coach Kareem Richardson. They played most of their home games at the Municipal Auditorium, with a few games also being held at the Independence Events Center. This was their first year as a member Western Athletic Conference. They finished the season 10–20, 7–9 in WAC play to finish in a tie for fifth place. They lost in the quarterfinals of the WAC Tournament to Idaho.
Martez Harrison is an American basketball player. He played college basketball for the University of Missouri–Kansas City (UMKC). At UMKC, Harrison was the 2015 Western Athletic Conference Player of the Year and was named the school's first All-American in the history of its men's basketball program.
Marsha Kay Frese-Elliott is an American college basketball coach, most recently working as an assistant coach for Boston College. She had previously been the head women's basketball coach at UMKC.
The 1990–91 St. Francis Terriers men's basketball team represented St. Francis College during the 1990–91 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The team was coached by Rich Zvosec, who was in his third year at the helm of the St. Francis Terriers. The Terrier's home games were played at the Generoso Pope Athletic Complex. The team has been a member of the Northeast Conference since 1981.
The 2019–20 NCAA Division I men's basketball season began on November 5, 2019. The first tournament was the 2K Sports Classic and the season concluded prematurely on March 12, 2020. The 2020 NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament was scheduled to end in Atlanta on April 6, 2020, but was ultimately canceled. All other postseason tournaments were canceled as well. Practices officially began in late September.
