David Byron Boston is an American former professional football player who was a wide receiver in the National Football League (NFL). He was selected by the Arizona Cardinals eighth overall in the 1999 NFL Draft. During David Boston's college years he played football at Ohio State. Boston also played for the San Diego Chargers, Miami Dolphins, and Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Boston became a Pro Bowl selection with the Cardinals in 2001. The final years of Boston's career and his immediate post-football life was plagued by several arrests and other legal issues.
