Ryan Christian Santos Recto (born March 29, 1996), is a Filipino politician and son of former actress and politician Vilma Santos and Finance Secretary Ralph Recto. [1]

Political career

Recto is running in the 2025 Philippine general election for the 6th congressional district of Batangas under the Nacionalista Party, [2] [3] [4] while his mother is running for Governor with his half-brother and TV host Luis Manzano as her running mate. [3] [5] [6] Recto is running for the position vacated by his father, who is currently serving as Department of Finance Secretary. [1] [7]
