Norifumi "Norick" Abe, or Norick Abe (ノリック・アベ) was a Japanese professional motorcycle road racer who was previously a 500 cc/MotoGP rider. He died in a road traffic crash in October 2007.
Esteve "Tito" Rabat Bergada is a Spanish motorcycle racer. He is best known for winning the 2014 Moto2 World Championship.
Alfonso González Nieto, better known as Fonsi Nieto, is a former Grand Prix motorcycle road racer and the nephew of successful Grand Prix motorcycle road racer Ángel Nieto. After success in the 250cc class he moved to World Superbikes and made one MotoGP start. For 2010 he returned to the Grand Prix scene in the newly formed Moto2 category. Nieto announced his retirement from competition in early 2011 after failing to recover from injuries suffered when racing at Indianapolis in 2010.

It is available on Nintendo and Sony platforms in the Western world, and is exclusively available for download on the PlayStation 3 in Korea. The game features 14 playable tracks and Ferrari's own Fiorano test track, a vinyl editor and online play for all versions except the PS2. The Nintendo DS version features wireless multiplayer and the Wii version utilizes Wii Remote steering and support for the Wii Wheel. The game primarily features the driving and racing of the Ferrari F430 Challenge, along with a series of Ferrari road and racing cars that can be unlocked.
Milestone S.r.l. is an Italian video game developer based in Milan. Founded in 1994 by Antonio Farina, the studio specialises in racing games, especially motorcycle racing games. The company began under the name Graffiti, developing the car racing game Screamer. After the studio rebranded as Milestone in 1996, it used Screamer's success for multi-game publishing deals with Virgin Interactive and Electronic Arts. The poor performance of Racing Evoluzione, published by Atari with little marketing, lead to key figures leaving Milestone. As part of Leader Group from 2002 on, the studio hired many younger developers and developed multiple games for multiple platforms, including several based on the Superbike World Championship. This shaped Milestone's identity as a developer of motorcycle racing games. After detaching from Leader Group in 2011, the studio obtained the license for MotoGP games in 2013. In 2019, Milestone was acquired by Koch Media.

For 2008, the rights to develop video games representing the MotoGP brand have been granted to a single publisher: Capcom. For the first time since MotoGP 4, the game includes the addition of playable 125cc and 250cc support classes. The Wii version of the game gives the player the option of using the Wii Remote as a handlebar, adding some lifelike control realism to the title.
Karel Abraham is a retired motorcycle racer from the Czech Republic. He competed in Grand Prix motorcycle racing from 2005 to 2019, riding in the 125cc, 250cc, Moto2 and MotoGP classes, with the exception of 2016, when he raced in the Superbike World Championship. In 2010 he won the Moto2 Valencian Grand Prix and finished third at Twin Ring Motegi in the same class. His father, also called Karel Abraham, has owned Brno Circuit since December 2005.

SBK X: Superbike World Championship is a motorcycle racing game, developed by Milestone srl and published by Black Bean Games in 2010. The game features three modes of gameplay: the arcade mode, the simulation mode and the multiplayer mode. Also for the first time in the series the game features the Superstock and Supersport championships. There is also the new career mode, composed of eight years, starting at the STK.

It was released in November 2013 for Nintendo 3DS, Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360. The game is based on the Young Justice animated television series, and takes place in the five-year gap between seasons one and two, and was developed in collaboration with the writers of the series, Greg Weisman and Brandon Vietti. Originally the game was planned to also be released on Nintendo DS, Wii, and Wii U, but the developers announced that these versions were cancelled due to quality issues and low interest from retailers.

The game was announced by Milestone taking back production, after its departure on the franchise with MotoGP '08. Along with the racing game's inclusion on the PlayStation Vita handheld, Milestone announced that it would return support to the PC, as well as versions for Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.
Samuel Deane Lowes is a British motorcycle racer who competed in the Moto2 World Championship with ELF Marc VDS Racing Team aboard a Kalex since 2019. From 2024, Lowes remains with the same team ownership which moves into a new class of racing, World Superbikes, using a Ducati Panigale V4 R.
Garrett Gerloff is an American motorcycle racer who has competed in the Superbike World Championship since 2020 riding a Yamaha YZF-R1. New for 2023 is a move to a BMW M1000RR2 machine.
