The 1957 Auburn Tigers football team was an American football team that represented Auburn University in the Southeastern Conference (SEC) during the 1957 NCAA University Division football season. In their seventh season under head coach Ralph "Shug" Jordan, the Tigers compiled a perfect 10–0 record, shut out six of ten opponents, won the SEC championship, and outscored all opponents by a total of 207 to 28.

The Central Oklahoma Bronchos, are the intercollegiate athletic teams representing University of Central Oklahoma, located in Edmond, Oklahoma. The five men's and nine women's varsity teams are called the "Bronchos". The school's identification as Bronchos dates back to 1922, when the wife of football coach Charles W. Wantland suggested it for the school's mascot. The official colors of the teams are bronze and blue, which the institution adopted in 1895. The Bronchos compete in the NCAA's Division II and in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletic Association in all sports except women's rowing, which competes in the Great Northwest Athletic Conference. The Bronchos have won 22 national championships, with the most recent coming in 2023 as the wrestling program won the NCAA Division II Wrestling Championships. The 1973 Louisiana Tech Bulldogs football team represented Louisiana Tech University during the 1973 NCAA Division II football season, and completed the 71st season of Bulldogs football and their first as members of the reorganized NCAA Division II. The Bulldogs played their home games in at Joe Aillet Stadium in Ruston, Louisiana. The 1973 team came off an undefeated 12–0 record, and a College Division National Championship from the prior season. The 1973 team was led by coach Maxie Lambright. The team finished the regular season with a 9–1 record and made the inaugural NCAA Division II playoffs. They made the first NCAA Division II Football Championship Game with a 38–34 win over Boise State in the Pioneer Bowl. The Bulldogs defeated the Western Kentucky Hilltoppers 34–0 in the Camellia Bowl National Championship Game.

The SLFA President's Cup is a knockout football tournament held in Saint Lucia that is open to the top two clubs from 19 districts that are affiliated with the Saint Lucia Football Association. The competition began in 2015.

The 2016 SLFA First Division was the 38th season of top-division association football in Saint Lucia. The SLFA First Division season began on 22 October 2016, and concluded on 8 December 2016.

The 2017 SLFA First Division was the 39th season of top-division association football in Saint Lucia.

The 2018–19 Maltese Premier League was the 104th season of top-flight league football in Malta. The season began on 17 August 2018 and ended in April 2019. Defending champions Valletta won their 25th title, following a penalty shootout win against Hibernians in a championship decider match.

Joshua Solomon-Davies is a Saint Lucian semi-professional footballer who plays as a right back for the Saint Lucia national football team. In August 2023 he joined Atherton Collieries of the Northern Premier League. Previously he played for Marine in the Northern Premier League, winning promotion to the Northern Premier League Premier Division at the end of the 2021/22 season following victory in the play off final.
