SM City Zamboanga is a shopping mall in Zamboanga City. It is the second SM Supermall in the city and in Zamboanga Peninsula, It is the 8th SM Supermall in Mindanao. It is owned by SM Prime Holdings. It is currently under construction and will soon open in late 2025. Once opened, it will be the second largest mall in the city and in the region after KCC Mall de Zamboanga.

With the successful opening of SM City Mindpro last December 2020, SM Prime Holdings scouted a bigger lot that would build them a second and a bigger mall. [1] The mall is located along Vitaliano Agan Avenue, one of the busiest Avenues in the city and will be opened in the last quarter of 2024. [2]

Unlike SM City Mindpro of which 30% is being managed by Mindpro Retail Inc., specifically Mindpro Supermarket, SM City Zamboanga will house all of SM's brands such as SM Supermarket, SM Store, SM Cinema.

Mall features

SM Prime Holdings expects the new 4-level mall to rise as a new lifestyle landmark in the city. The mall will feature an elevated biophilic design language and an indoor garden. The mall will feature a range of new global brands, dining concepts, and leisure attractions built in over 60,000 square meters of premium retail space. (SM City Mindpro only features 36,000 square meters of retail space, which is different from the mall's gross floor area.) [3]

KCC Mall de Zamboanga is the 2nd biggest KCC Mall next to KCC Mall of Cotabato, and also the largest mall in Zamboanga City and in Zamboanga Peninsula. The mall is located along Gov.
