Eppin is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SPINLW1 gene. [5] [6] [7]
This gene encodes an epididymal protease inhibitor, which contains both kunitz-type and WAP-type four-disulfide core (WFDC) protease inhibitor consensus sequences. Most WFDC genes are localized to chromosome 20q12-q13 in two clusters: centromeric and telomeric. This gene is a member of the WFDC gene family and belongs to the telomeric cluster. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been found for this gene. [7]
Tissue factor pathway inhibitor 2 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the TFPI2 gene.
Elafin, also known as peptidase inhibitor 3 or skin-derived antileukoprotease (SKALP), is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PI3 gene.
Glucosidase 2 subunit beta is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PRKCSH gene.
Kunitz-type protease inhibitor 1 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the SPINT1 gene.
Glia-derived nexin is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SERPINE2 gene.
WAP four-disulfide core domain protein 2 - also known as Human Epididymis Protein 4 (HE4) - is a protein that in humans is encoded by the WFDC2 gene.
Progesterone-induced-blocking factor 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the PIBF1 gene. It has been shown to localize to the centrosome and has also been named CEP90.
Kallikrein-15 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the KLK15 gene.
Serine protease 23 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the PRSS23 gene.
Cystatin-8 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CST8 gene.
Acrosomal protein SP-10 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the ACRV1 gene.
Sperm-associated antigen 11B is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SPAG11B gene.
Cystatin-11 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CST11 gene.
WAP four-disulfide core domain protein 5 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the WFDC5 gene.
Sperm protein associated with the nucleus on the X chromosome A is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SPANXA1 gene.
Cystatin-like 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the CSTL1 gene.
WAP four-disulfide core domain protein 1 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the WFDC1 gene.
Inactive rhomboid protein 1 (iRhom1) also known as rhomboid 5 homolog 1 or rhomboid family member 1 (RHBDF1) is a protein that in humans is encoded by the RHBDF1 gene. The alternative name iRhom1 has been proposed, in order to clarify that it is a catalytically inactive member of the rhomboid family of intramembrane serine proteases.
WAP, kazal, immunoglobulin, kunitz and NTR domain-containing protein 1 is a protein that is encoded by the WFIKKN1 gene. when found in humans.
5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 3D is a protein that in humans is encoded by the HTR3D gene. The protein encoded by this gene is a subunit of the 5-HT3 receptor.
