Sacred Heart has won numerous State Championships in Girls Basketball, Football, Softball, Girls & Boys Track, Girls & Boys Cross Country, Boys Golf, and Boys and Girls Swim.

Duchesne Academy of the Sacred Heart, located at 3601 Burt Street in the Midtown area of Omaha, Nebraska, United States, is a Catholic, college-preparatory high school for girls run by the Religious of the Sacred Heart. The institution previously included a college which was operated from 1908 to 1968. Today Duchesne is home to the high school and a co-ed preschool. While it is located within the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Omaha, it is an independent institution.
Daniel J. Gross Catholic High School is a secondary school owned by the Archdiocese of Omaha and sponsored by the Marianists. It is located in north Bellevue, Nebraska, United States, 6 blocks south of Harrison Street. The entrance to the school is at 44th and Margo Street. The school's athletic teams are the Cougars; its colors are burnt orange and royal blue.
Sacred Heart Academy is an all-girls Catholic high school in Louisville, Kentucky. It is located in the Archdiocese of Louisville. Sacred Heart Academy was founded in 1877 and is a sponsored school of the Ursuline Sisters of Louisville. It has been named a Blue Ribbon School of Excellence twice and is an International Baccalaureate (IB) World School. It first achieved International Baccalaureate (IB) World School status in 1997. It is one of only two schools in the city and the only Catholic school in the state to offer IB.
Our Lady of Providence High School is a coed Catholic high school in Clarksville, Indiana, in the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Indianapolis. The school first opened on September 12, 1951.
Visitation School, also known as Visitation or Vis, is an independent, all-girls, Roman Catholic, college-preparatory, school in Minnesota. It is located in Mendota Heights near Saint Paul. Visitation is a coeducational school for grades Montessori PreK-grade 5, and all-girls for grades 6–12. Visitation is the only all-girls secondary school in Minnesota.
St. Mary's Academy (SMA) is a Catholic, independent day school in the Loretto tradition located in Cherry Hills Village, Colorado. Founded by the Sisters of Loretto in 1864, St. Mary's Academy educates boys and girls. St. Mary's Academy is composed of a co-ed Lower School and Middle School, and continues its tradition as a college preparatory high school for girls. The U.S. Department of Education has honored St. Mary's Academy three times as a School of Excellence. St. Mary's Academy High School offers 26 AP courses.
Spain Park High School (SPHS) is a four-year public high school in the Birmingham, Alabama, suburb of Hoover. It is the smaller of two high schools in the Hoover City School System. School colors are Carolina blue, black, and white, and the athletic teams are called the Jaguars. SPHS competes in AHSAA Class 6A athletics.
The Highlands School is a private, PK–12 Catholic college preparatory school in Irving, Texas, United States. It was established in 1986, in the front room of a family's house in Highland Park, Dallas. The last twenty years, The Highlands School changed location twice. The school itself has seen many upgrades from the addition of a football field and lights to a gymnasium, weight room, and new technology in the classrooms. The Highlands School is fully accredited by the Texas Catholic Conference Education Department (TCCED) since 1999, and by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools (SACS) since 2006. For the fourth consecutive year, the school has been named by the Acton Institute as one of the "Top 50 Catholic Schools" in the country. In 2012, it was also named a top 50 Catholic High School by the Cardinal Newman Society.
Sacred Heart Model School, also known as SHMS, is a coeducational Catholic school for children from Junior Kindergarten through Eighth Grade. It is located in Louisville, Kentucky, and is sponsored by the Ursuline Sisters of Louisville. Their current principal is Ms. Leah Mullen and the president is Dr. Karen McNay. In both 2001 and 2018 Sacred Heart Model School received the Blue Ribbon School of Excellence award. They have a variety of sports teams and clubs as well as an immense focus on their teachings of faith and service. On the same campus is Sacred Heart Academy (SHA), a high school for girls, Sacred Heart School for the Arts (SHSA), and Sacred Heart Preschool (SHP). Sacred Heart-Griffin High School, often abbreviated SHG, is a Catholic high school located in Springfield, Illinois, the city's largest private school. It is located in the Diocese of Springfield in Illinois.
Saint Joseph Central Catholic High School (SJCC) is a private, Roman Catholic high school in Fremont, Ohio. It is part of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Toledo. Athletic teams are known as the "Crimson Streaks".
Monsignor Edward Pace High School is a Catholic secondary school in the Opa-locka North neighborhood of Miami Gardens, Florida. It was named a Blue Ribbon School in 2002 and one of the top 50 Catholic high schools in the country in 2004 and 2005 by the Catholic High School Honor Roll. Pace is a member of the National Catholic Educational Association (NCEA). This school is part of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Miami.
Loyola Sacred Heart High School is a private, Roman Catholic high school in Missoula, Montana. It is one of two high schools in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Helena, the other being Butte Central Catholic in Butte. It is affiliated with St. Joseph Elementary School, and both institutions are supported by the Loyola Sacred Heart Foundation. The Boys and Girls sports teams go by different names, being the Rams and the Breakers, respectively.

The Atonement Academy is a parochial, Catholic school in the Personal Ordinariate of the Chair of Saint Peter in San Antonio, Texas. It is a part of Our Lady of the Atonement Catholic parish, the first parish for the Anglican Use liturgy with the Catholic Church, and was opened on August 15, 1994. The college preparatory school curriculum was inaugurated in 2004, the first seniors graduating in 2008. The K-8 section of The Atonement Academy is designated as a "Blue Ribbon School of Excellence" by the Department of Education. The high school has neither applied for nor has it qualified for that designation. The school seal is the pelican. The student population for the 2011–2012 school year totaled approximately 550 students. The academy is accredited by the Texas Catholic Conference Accreditation Commission (TCCAC), the accrediting authority for all Catholic schools in the State of Texas, and has been awarded the Catholic High School National Honor Roll Award.
River Oaks Baptist School is a private, Christian, co-educational day school for students in preschool, lower school and middle school located in Houston, Texas. Founded as a mission of a small Baptist church in the heart of Houston, ROBS' Christian identity is a cornerstone of its academic philosophy. ROBS melds ambitious academics with robust character and spiritual development. The U.S. Department of Education named ROBS a 2019 National Blue Ribbon School. It was one of three Houston area schools and the only private school in Texas to receive the award in 2019. The school hosts several sports teams with high success in their conferences, as well as an art program.
