Saigon Centre is a mixed-use complex in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, invested by Keppel Land Watco I. The complex is located on Le Loi Boulevard in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City.
Phase 1 of the complex was completed in 1996. [1] The phase consisted of a 25-storey building, which set a new record for the highest building in Vietnam then at 106 metres (348 ft). [2]
In December 2011, construction on phase two started, which comprises a 5-story retail podium and a new 43-story building. The new addition prompted a temporary closure of the existing tower from 2015 to 2016. [3]
On July 30, 2016, Takashimaya opened their first department store in Vietnam at the retail podium of Saigon Centre. [1] Tower 2 completed in 2017 reaching the height of 193.7 m (635 ft). It becomes the fourth tallest building in Ho Chi Minh City and the tenth tallest building in Vietnam overall.
Saigon Centre provides over 46,000 m2 (500,000 sq ft) of office space across 10 floors in Tower 1 and 18 floors in Tower 2. [4] [5] Sedona Hotels operates all 284 residential units at the complex. [6] The podium of the complex is Ho Chi Minh City Takashimaya joint-venture store.

Bitexco Financial Tower is a skyscraper in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. At its completion in 2010, it became the tallest building in Vietnam and kept this status until January 2011, when it was surpassed by Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower. With 68 floors above ground and three basements, the building has a height of 262.5 metres (861 ft), making it the second tallest building in the city, fourth tallest in Vietnam, and the 412th tallest in the world, as of May 2022.

The Saigon Trade Center is a high-rise building in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It was constructed from April 1994 and completed in July 1997 and with a height of 145 metres (476 ft), it was the tallest building in Vietnam from 1997 until 2010, when it was surpassed by the Bitexco Financial Tower.
Sabeco World Trade Center was the unofficial name of a proposed skyscraper at 2-4-6 Hai Ba Trung, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The project was planned to start construction in 2010 and complete in 2013; however, it was cancelled and never built. The tower was expected to have 40 floors, feature a traditional Vietnamese house, and become the ninth tallest building in Vietnam. The architect for the project was HOK International. The development, known as Saigon Plaza, was planned to include offices, entertainment venues, shopping malls, a hotel, and a convention hall.

Sunwah Tower is a high-rise Grade A office building in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam designed by Los Angeles architects Archeon Group. It is located at 115 Nguyen Hue. The building comprises 21 floors and 3 basements used for parking. There are 6 elevators used for customers and 1 elevator for service purpose only. The building opened in 1995 and was the tallest building in Vietnam for that year with 92 meters until it was surpassed by Saigon Centre with 106 meters.
The Saigon Paragon is a commercial complex building for shopping centre and offices in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. It is located at 3 Nguyễn Lương Bằng Street, Tân Phú Ward, District 7, in the International Commercial & Financial District of Phú Mỹ Hưng urban area. It was originally established through a collaboration between two corporations, Khaisilk and Thủy Lộc. The tower has 10 floors with 2 underground floors. The lower floors are home to various luxury retail stores, while the upper floors are used for office space. A food court and supermarket are located in the basement, and a Cineplex theatre is located on the 5th floor. In the period of 2011 and 2016, the building was named Parkson Paragon, as Parkson operated the shopping centre of the building and change its name.
