Salem is a Compact Rural Community and unincorporated place in the municipality of South Frontenac, Frontenac County in southern Ontario, Canada. [1] [3] [4] The community is in geographic Bedford Township, [5] and lies on the county border with the municipality of Rideau Lakes, United Counties of Leeds and Grenville.
South Frontenac is a township in Frontenac County in eastern Ontario, Canada. It was amalgamated in 1998 from the former townships of Bedford, Loughborough, Portland, and Storrington.
