Emerald Lake Hills or Emerald Hills is a census-designated place and neighborhood in unincorporated San Mateo County, in the state of California, USA. Situated among oak-studded hills between Woodside, Redwood City, and San Carlos roughly bounded by Edgewood Road, Alameda de las Pulgas, Farm Hill Boulevard, and Interstate 280. The population was 4,278 at the 2010 census and the per-capita income was $68,966, making it the 22nd wealthiest place in California and the 82nd wealthiest place in the United States

Lake Tahoe is the largest alpine lake in North America, and at 122,160,280 acre⋅ft (150.7 km3) trails only the five Great Lakes as the largest by volume in the United States. Its depth is 1,645 ft (501 m), making it the second deepest in the United States after Crater Lake in Oregon.
The Ansel Adams Wilderness is a wilderness area in the Sierra Nevada of California, USA. The wilderness spans 231,533 acres (93,698 ha): 33.9% of which is in the Inyo National Forest, 65.8% is in the Sierra National Forest, and the remaining 0.3% covers nearly all of Devils Postpile National Monument. Yosemite National Park lies to the north and northwest, while the John Muir Wilderness lies to the south.

It is dammed with a rock wall constructed many years ago when the area was used by miners. Visitors can still find old rusty pieces of their equipment around the lake, including giant gears, winches, and cables.

The Emerald Mound Site, also known as the Selsertown site, is a Plaquemine culture Mississippian period archaeological site located on the Natchez Trace Parkway near Stanton, Mississippi, United States. The site dates from the period between 1200 and 1730 CE. It is the type site for the Emerald Phase of the Natchez Bluffs Plaquemine culture chronology and was still in use by the later historic Natchez people for their main ceremonial center. The platform mound is the second-largest Pre-Columbian earthwork in the country, after Monk's Mound at Cahokia, Illinois.

It is a legendary Pokémon. Rayquaza is the version mascot of Pokémon Emerald. It is also the master of the Weather Trio, which contains Kyogre, Groudon and itself. It is known for being one of the strongest Pokémon in the franchise, since it is able to Mega Evolve and hold an item at the same time. This, together with the fact that Mega Rayquaza has the highest base stat total of all Pokémon, led to it being the only Pokémon to be banned from the community-selected Uber tier.

Emerald Pools Recreational Area is a series of swimming holes and short hiking trails located on Jordan Creek and the South Yuba River in Nevada County, California and the Tahoe National Forest. Located downstream of Lake Spaulding, Emerald Pools sits at approximately 4,200 ft above sea level. The Upper Pools are situated where Jordan Creek and the South Yuba River converge, near the former settlement of Langs, California. The Lower Pools are located 0.75 miles further downstream of the South Yuba River towards Box Canyon at the base of a waterfall.
