Sardab (Persian : سرداب‎, also Romanized as Sardāb)^[1] is a village in Deh Chah Rural District, Poshtkuh District, Neyriz County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 8, in 5 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan, and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script, which itself evolved from the Aramaic alphabet.

Deh Chah Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Poshtkuh District, Neyriz County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 3,980, in 1,049 families. The rural district has 20 villages.

Poshtkuh District is a district (bakhsh) in Neyriz County, Fars Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 8,875, in 2,334 families. The District has one city: Meshkan. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Deh Chah Rural District and Meshkan Rural District.
