Karimnagar is also known as Elagandula is a city and District Headquarters in the Indian state of Telangana. Karimnagar is a major urban agglomeration and third largest city in the state. It is governed by the Municipal Corporation and is the headquarters of the Karimnagar district It is situated on the banks of Manair River, which is a tributary of the Godavari River.It is the third largest and fastest growing urban settlement in the state, according to 2011 census. It has registered a population growth rate of 45.46% and 38.87% respectively over the past two decades between 1991 and 2011, which is highest growth rate among major cities of Telangana. It serves as a major educational and health hub for the northern districts of Telangana. It is a major business center and widely known for its agricultural and granite industries, earning the nickname "City of Granites."

Nizamabad, also known as Induru, is a city in the Indian state of Telangana. Nizamabad is a major urban agglomeration and third largest city in the state. It is governed by municipal corporation and is the headquarters of the Nizamabad district. Although previously part of Hyderabad State and then Andhra Pradesh state, Nizamabad became a part of the newly formed state of Telangana by the Andhra Pradesh Reorganisation Act, 2014. It is located about 186 kilometres (116 mi) north of the state capital, Hyderabad.

Boianapalli Vinod Kumar is an Indian politician and former Member of Parliament, presently serving as Vice-chairman of Telangana State Planning Board. He represented the Karimnagar constituency of Telangana State in the 16th Lok Sabha (2014-2019) and Hanamkonda constituency in the 14th Lok Sabha (2004-2009). The Outer Ring Road, officially as, Jawaharlal Nehru Outer Ring Road and abbreviated as, O.R.R., is a 158 kilometer, 8-lanes ring road expressway encircling Hyderabad, capital of the Indian state of Telangana. The expressway is designed for speeds up to 100 km/h, which later increased to 120 km/h. A large part, 124 km of the 158-km was opened by December 2012.
The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is the urban planning agency of Hyderabad in the Indian state of Telangana. The HMDA administers the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region, spread over an area of 7,257 km2 (2,802 sq mi) and covers the districts of Hyderabad district, Medchal district, part of Rangareddy district, Bhuvanagiri district, Sangareddy district, Medak district and Siddipet district. HMDA is the largest urban development authority in India. The Nizamabad Urban Development Authority is an urban planning agency in Nizamabad district of the Indian state of Telangana. It was set up on 10 May 2017 by the Telangana state government and has its headquarters at Nizamabad.
