Scholanda Dorrell (born January 9, 1983) is an American professional women's basketball player in the WNBA, most recently with the Tulsa ShockDorrell was born in Miami, Florida and attended Miami Edison High School before attending Louisiana State University. [1] She graduated in 2006 and was selected 14th overall in the 2006 WNBA draft by the Sacramento Monarchs.

After her collegiate career, she was the all-time leading scorer in Big Ten basketball history. The record stood until she was surpassed on the scoring list by Rachel Banham in 2016. The Maryland Terrapins women's basketball are an American basketball team. The team represents the University of Maryland in National Collegiate Athletic Association Division I competition.
