Servcorp Limited is a Australian multinational company that provides Serviced Offices, Virtual Offices, Coworking Spaces, Meeting Rooms, Community Packages, and IT Services.
It was established in 1978 by Alfred Moufarrige [2] , who continues to serve as the company's Chief Executive Officer, and is Chaired by Mark Vaile [3] . Servcorp was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 1999. [4] As of 30 June 2025, it operates across 135 floors in 39 cities across 19 countries. [5] with more than 150 locations globally. [6] , including offices in buildings such as One World Trade Center, Marunouchi Trust Tower and Etihad Towers.
Servcorp has registered and owns a trademark for the phrase "Everything but the office". [7]
Servcorp was founded by Alfred Moufarrige in 1978. [8] . In 1980, the company introduced a virtual office product [9] Expansion began In 1990 with an office in Singapore, [10] followed by growth in Southeast Asia, [11] France [12] and Japan. [13] Servcorp was listed on the Australian Stock Exchange in 1999 and opened its first offices in Shanghai, China, [14] the same year.
In 2003, Servcorp was reported as the largest Australian employer in Japan with 130 staff in Tokyo [15] . The company expanded to Europe and North America with its first United Kingdom office in 2009 and its first United States office in 2010. [16] Servcorp entered Turkey in 2010 with an office in Istanbul Turkey [17] and added a second in Tekfen Tower in 2011. In April 2014, the company opened in Beijing's Fortune Financial Center, and in August 2014 signed a 15-year lease for space on the 85th floor of One World Trade Center in the New York City. [18]
In February 2019, Servcorp opened its first office in Berlin, Germany. [19] During the late 2010s, the company invested in upgrading its coworking spaces. [20] In 2020, it opened an office at One Museum Place in Shanghai and expanded existing location in Hobart and Brisbane.
