Shayne Angelo Toporowski (born August 6, 1975) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey right winger and current college coach. He was drafted into the National Hockey League (NHL) in the second round, 42nd overall, by the Los Angeles Kings in the 1993 draft. [1] He played 3 games in the NHL with the Toronto Maple Leafs during the 1996–97 season, with the rest of his career spent in Europe.
Toporowski was born in Paddockwood, Saskatchewan. After being drafted, Toporowski continued to play junior hockey for the Prince Albert Raiders of the Western Hockey League (WHL). In October 1994, the Kings traded him, Guy Leveque, Dixon Ward, and Kelly Fairchild to the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for Eric Lacroix, Chris Snell, and a fourth-round pick in the 1996 draft. The following two seasons, Toporowski played for the Maple Leafs' minor league affiliate, the St. John's Maple Leafs of the American Hockey League (AHL). In the 1996–97 season, Toronto called him up for three NHL games. [2]
The following off-season, he signed a two-year contract with the St. Louis Blues and played for their AHL affiliate, the Worcester IceCats. The year following, he signed a one-year contract with the Phoenix Coyotes and played for their AHL affiliate, the Springfield Falcons. [2]
From 2000 to 2012, he played in various European leagues. [2] He then played his last season of professional hockey with the Quad City Mallards of the Central Hockey League (CHL). [3]
After retiring, Toporowski served as an assistant coach of the Division I Holy Cross Crusaders in the Atlantic Hockey Association for the 2013–14 season. In 2014 he became head coach of the Division III Worcester State Lancers of the Massachusetts State Collegiate Athletic Conference. [4]

Drake Berehowsky is a Canadian former professional ice hockey defenceman. He is best known for his time in the National Hockey League (NHL), where he played for the Toronto Maple Leafs, Pittsburgh Penguins, Edmonton Oilers, Nashville Predators, Vancouver Canucks and Phoenix Coyotes.
Alyn Daniel McCauley is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player who played in the National Hockey League (NHL) for ten years with the Toronto Maple Leafs, San Jose Sharks, and the Los Angeles Kings. Richard St. Croix is a Canadian former professional ice hockey goaltender. He played 131 games in the National Hockey League with the Philadelphia Flyers and Toronto Maple Leafs between 1978 and 1985. After his playing career he worked as an assistant coach for the Maple Leafs. Denis Joseph "D. J." Smith is a Canadian professional ice hockey coach and former player. He is the current head coach of the Ottawa Senators of the National Hockey League (NHL). As a player, Smith played 45 NHL games with the Toronto Maple Leafs and Colorado Avalanche as a defenceman. As a coach, Smith won the Memorial Cup in 2015, and spent four years as an assistant with the Maple Leafs before joining Ottawa.
Kelly G. Fairchild is an American former professional ice hockey player. He played in the NHL with the Toronto Maple Leafs, Dallas Stars and the Colorado Avalanche between 1996 and 2002. The rest of his career, which lasted from 1994 to 2009, was spent in various minor leagues, as well as time in Europe and Asia.
James Andrew Hiller is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player. He currently serves as an assistant coach for the Los Angeles Kings of the National Hockey League (NHL). Hiller played 63 games in the NHL with the Los Angeles Kings, Detroit Red Wings and New York Rangers, while spending time in the American Hockey League (AHL) and International Hockey League (IHL). He finished his career playing overseas in the Deutsche Eishockey Liga in Germany and Italian Serie A. Upon retiring, Hiller began a coaching career in the junior leagues.

Morgan Klimchuk is a Canadian former professional ice hockey winger who played with the Calgary Flames in the National Hockey League (NHL). Klimchuk was selected in the first round, 28th overall, at the 2013 NHL Entry Draft by the Flames.
