Lewis Shay Jankel (born 27 May 1993), [2] [3] better known by his stage name Shift K3Y (pronounced "shift key"), is a British DJ, record producer, singer and songwriter, from London. He is best known for his 2014 singles "Touch", which peaked at number 3 on the UK Singles Chart, and "I Know".
Jankel released his debut EP Step in the City on 12 December 2011, through Marco Del Horno's record label Bullet Train. "Manage Ya", one of the EP tracks, was supported by BBC Radio 1 and 1Xtra DJs including MistaJam and Toddla T. [4] On 23 July 2012, he released his second EP Left and Right with the label. Throughout the year, he released many remixes and bootlegs. Towards the end of 2012, he gained the attention of Borgore's record label Buygore and his song "Wiggle With It" featured exclusively on the label's Buygore Allstars Vol. 1 compilation. He released his third EP Let You Down through Buygore, and the track "Geeky Playtime" gained exposure through being uploaded to UKF. [5]
In 2013, Jankel changed his stage name from Shift Key to Shift K3y. In March 2013, he released his fourth EP Frozen, through Buygore. [6] He remixed Tinie Tempah's song "Trampoline", which was premiered by SB.TV (as the first of their SB.TV Beats features) [7] and topped the Beatport hip hop charts. He also remixed AlunaGeorge's "Attracting Flies", and the remix was heavily supported by 1Xtra. Throughout 2013, he released three free singles: "Keep Ya Mouth Shut (Things People Say)" featuring Griminal; "Make It Good"; and "Laughing At You" which features vocals by Ruby Francis. On 13 April 2014, he released his breakthrough single "Touch". [8] On 16 April 2014, the song was at number 3 on The Official Chart Update in the UK. [9] On 20 April 2014, the song managed to maintain its position and entered the UK Singles Chart at number 3, making it his first UK top 5 single. [10] The follow-up single, "I Know", was released on 21 September 2014. It reached number 25 on the UK Singles Chart. A non-single, titled "Not Into It (LA Mix)", samples vocals from "Long Way 2 Go" by Cassie and premiered on Annie Mac's Radio 1 show on 10 October 2014. [11] Jankel's third mainstream single, "Name & Number", was released on 3 May 2015.
Shift K3y is the son of Chaz Jankel, a British singer, songwriter, composer and record producer and his wife Elaine O'Halloran. [12]

Chase & Status are an English electronic music duo composed of Saul Milton (Chase) and Will Kennard (Status). In addition, Andy Gangadeen is the drummer when the band performs live. MC Rage formerly performed as MC with the group, but left in July 2021 to focus on solo ventures. The duo are from London, and formed in 2003 after meeting at university in Manchester. The duo have since released seven studio albums and collaborated with major artists such as Plan B, CeeLo Green, Rihanna, Example, Tinie Tempah, and Stormzy. They run the independent record label MTA Records. William Kennard founded ELAM in 2014.
Jahmaal Noel Fyffe, better known by his stage name Chip, is an English rapper from Tottenham, London. In the past 14 years he has collaborated with the likes of Skepta, T.I., Meek Mill, Young Adz and many others. In 2009, he released his debut album, I Am Chipmunk, featuring four songs which peaked in the top 10 of the UK Singles Chart, including the chart-topping "Oopsy Daisy". In 2011, Chipmunk released his follow-up album, the American hip hop-influenced Transition. It included the single "Champion" featuring Chris Brown, which peaked at #2 on the UK Singles Chart.
Patrick Chukwuemeka Okogwu, better known by his stage name Tinie, is a British rapper and singer. He has been signed to Parlophone since 2009, now a subsidiary of Warner Music Group. He created his own entertainment company Disturbing London in 2006, along with his cousin Dumi Oburota.

The song was conceived by Tempah as a tribute to the music which Rowland used to release when she was part of Destiny's Child. Samadzada, Mikkel Eriksen, Nneka Egbuna, Renee Wisdom, Saul Milton, Tinie Tempah, Tor Erik Hermansen and William Kennard, and produced by Chase & Status and Stargate. It was released as the second single from the album for digital download and streaming by Columbia and Roc Nation in various countries on 6 May 2012. Sampling Chase & Status' remix of Nneka's "Heartbeat" (2008), it is a dubstep and pop song, incorporating R&B, rave and rock elements. Its lyrics are an ode to a lost love and the process to overcome that situation.
Demonstration is the second studio album by British rapper Tinie Tempah. The album was released on 4 November 2013 as the follow-up to his commercially successful debut album, Disc-Overy (2010). In December 2010, Tempah announced he was writing for his second album, saying there would be a more electronic and live feel to it. The first two singles from the album, "Trampoline" and "Children of the Sun" were released in the run-up to the album and both managed to enter the top ten of the UK Singles Chart. The album features collaborations with producers and guest artists such as Labrinth and Diplo and sees Tempah experimenting with new musical genres.

All About She are an English band from High Wycombe, England. The band consists of record producers James Tadgell and Jon Clare, and singer Vanya Taylor. They were signed to Tinie Tempah's record label Disturbing London and have worked several times with him as well as other artists on the label. Tadgell and Clare, who have both previously worked with Devlin and Scorcher, wrote and produced "Intro", which opens Tinie Tempah's debut album Disc-Overy. Vanya provided vocals for Tinie's hit single "Simply Unstoppable" and Roska's song "Desire". Taylor has also performed backing vocals for Jessie J, and All About She created a remix of her single "It's My Party" for the deluxe edition of her second album, Alive. They also collaborated with Calvin Harris on the song "Love Now" from his fourth album, Motion (2014).

It was released on 1 November 2013 as part of Tempah's second studio album Demonstration (2013). The song was released as a digital download on 16 October 2015 by Ministry of Sound. The song was written by Tempah and Katy B and produced by KDA. On 23 October 2015, the song debuted at number one on the UK Singles Chart, becoming Tempah's seventh single to do so and KDA and Katy B's first. The song appeared on Katy B's third studio album Honey (2016), in a version without Tinie Tempah's vocals.
