Shiju Sam Mannil (born 3 January 1978) is an Indian-born international cricket umpire based in the United Arab Emirates. [1] He was named the best umpire at the Shyam Bhatia Awards in Dubai in both 2018 and 2019. [2] [3]

He stood in his first Twenty20 International (T20I) match, between the United Arab Emirates and Nepal, on 1 February 2019. [4] His first One Day International (ODI) match as an umpire was played by the United Arab Emirates and the United States in the 2019 United Arab Emirates Tri-Nation Series on 8 December 2019. [5]

Alu Kapa is a cricket umpire from Papua New Guinea. He is currently a member of ICC Associates and Affiliates Umpire Panel. He made his One Day International (ODI) umpiring debut in a match between Papua New Guinea and Scotland on 24 November 2017. The 2017 Desert T20 Challenge was an international Twenty20 International (T20I) cricket tournament that was held in Dubai and Abu Dhabi from 14 to 20 January 2017. The eight Associate Members of the International Cricket Council that have T20I status were scheduled to take part. However, Papua New Guinea declined to participate and were replaced by Namibia. Therefore, matches with Namibia were played as Twenty20 matches.

Adnan Mufti is a Pakistani-born cricketer who played for the United Arab Emirates national cricket team. He played 46 first-class and 19 List A matches between 2007 and 2016 in Pakistan. In December 2016 he was named in the United Arab Emirates squad for their Twenty20 International (T20I) series against Afghanistan. He made his One Day International (ODI) debut for the United Arab Emirates against Scotland on 24 January 2017 and was awarded the man of the match. He made his T20I debut for the United Arab Emirates against Papua New Guinea on 14 April 2017.

Ahmed Shah Durrani is a cricket umpire from Afghanistan. He officiated in his first Twenty20 International (T20I) match, between the United Arab Emirates and Afghanistan, on 14 December 2016. He stood in his first One Day International (ODI) match between Afghanistan and Ireland on 17 March 2017. As of March 2023, he had officiated in 7 ODIs and 14 T20Is.

Rohit Kumar Paudel is a Nepalese cricketer and the current captain of the Nepal national cricket team. He was inspired to play cricket after Nepal played in the ICC T20 World Cup in Bangladesh. In January 2019, Kumar became the youngest male cricketer to score an international half-century. The record was broken in February 2020, by his team-mate Kushal Malla. He is the all-time highest run scorer of Nepal in the ODI format and the first Nepalese player to score 1,000 runs in ODI cricket. He was named captain of the Nepal cricket team in November 2022.

Asif Yaqoob is a Pakistani cricket umpire. He stood in his first Twenty20 International (T20I) match, between Pakistan and Australia, on 26 October 2018. He stood in his first One Day International (ODI) match, also between Pakistan and Australia, on 27 March 2019. He was one of the sixteen umpires for the 2020 Under-19 Cricket World Cup tournament in South Africa. In December 2020, he was shortlisted as one of the Umpire of the Year for the 2020 PCB Awards. on January 6, 2022 Asif Yaqoob was awarded Umpire of the year 2021 by the PCB.

The Nepal cricket team toured the United Arab Emirates in January and February 2019 to play three One Day Internationals (ODIs) and three Twenty20 International (T20I) matches, with all the fixtures taking place at the ICC Academy Ground in Dubai.

Pawan Sarraf is a Nepalese cricketer. He made his One Day International (ODI) debut for Nepal against the United Arab Emirates on 25 January 2019.

Waheed Ahmed is a Pakistani-born cricketer who plays for the United Arab Emirates national cricket team. He made his Twenty20 debut for the United Arab Emirates against the England Lions on 4 December 2015.
