Shockwave is the fourth studio album by American DJ and record producer Marshmello, self-released through Marshmello's Joytime Collective label on June 11, 2021. The album was preceded by four singles: "Back In Time", "Hitta", "Bad Bitches", and "House Party". It includes collaborations with various DJs and musicians, including TroyBoi, Nitti Gritti, Megan Thee Stallion, Carnage, Eptic, Juicy J, Subtronics, and Peekaboo.

In the United States, the album debuted at number 3 on the Billboard Dance/Electronic Albums chart and at number 44 on the Independent Albums chart. [5] [6] At the 64th Annual Grammy Awards, Shockwave was nominated for Best Dance/Electronic Album. [7]

He began his musical career as a rapper in 2013 before shifting to songwriting in 2019. He has since written songs for artists including Justin Bieber, Pop Smoke, Nicki Minaj, and Megan Thee Stallion. Something for Thee Hotties is a compilation album by American rapper Megan Thee Stallion. It was released on October 29, 2021, by 300 Entertainment and 1501 Certified as a "thank you" gift to Megan's fanbase. The compilation serves as a collection of some of her previously-released YouTube freestyles, as well as previously unreleased archival songs; with the only guest appearances Juicy J, VickeeLo and Dino BTW contributing skits. It also includes "Thot Shit", which was released as a single in June that year. The compilation was produced primarily by LilJuMadeDaBeat, with external contributions from a variety of producers including Juicy J, Murda Beatz, and J.R. Rotem, among others.
