Shree Krishna Bhakto Meera is a 2021 Indian Bengali mythological drama television series that premiered on 26 July 2021 on Star Jalsha. It is also available on the digital platform Disney+ Hotstar before its telecast. It is produced by Nispal Singh and Surinder Singh under the banner of Surinder Films and stars Joey Debroy, Debadrita Basu, Arshiya Mukherjee, Ankit Mazumder and Prarabdhi Singha in lead roles.

Airing history

The show launched on 26 July 2021 and was given the timeslot of 9pm, but was shifted to 11pm due to degrading target rating point. The show ended 4 months later, on 5 December.

Plot

The story is a history based story about princess Meera, her marriage to Raja Bhojraj and devotion for Lord Krishna. Apart from the story of Meera's love and devotion for Lord Krishna, it also shows how her marriage life worked with Raja Bhojraj and how he protected her till her death. [2]

Guriya Jekhane Guddu Sekhane is an Indian Bengali-language television soap opera that premiered on 21 January 2019 and aired on Bengali GEC Star Jalsha. The show, produced by Shree Venkatesh Films initially starred child artists Abhirup Sen and Pritha Ghosh in lead roles. Guriya Jekhane Guddu Sekhane was a story of two orphans who grow up together in an orphanage in North Bengal. The show then starred Arya Dasgupta, Pratyusha Paul and Jeetu Kamal in lead roles. It ended on 14 March 2020 and got replaced by another SVF-produced show Prothoma Kadambini.

Prithviraj Sisodia, generally known as Kunwar Prithviraj, was the eldest son of Maharana Raimal of Mewar and heir apparent of Mewar, of the Sisodia Rajputs. His mother was Jhali Rani Ratan Kanwar. His rapidity of moving from one place to another and lightning speed of attack earned him the title of Udno Prithviraj, the flying Prithviraj. He added the regions of Godwar and Ajmer to the territory of Mewar.

Arshiya Mukherjee is an Indian actress, who works in Indian television serials and films. She is best known for the television serial Bhootu, where she played the role of Bhootu, a girl ghost and also worked in Ranu Pelo Lottery and Shree Krishna Bhakto Meera.
