Silangan Industrial Park, also known as Canlubang Industrial Estate, is an industrial zone located at barangay Canlubang, Calamba, Laguna. It is situated at Silangan Industrial Avenue and Jose Yulo Avenue.

Silangan Industrial has numerous plants, factories and subdivisions. It is bounded of LISP-1 and CPIP-1. [1]

Canlubang Airstrip

The Silangan Airstrip Industrial Estate, Calamba 4013, Laguna or also known as Calamba Airfield is the former airstrip use by the military since 1940s, when the sugar estate was established under Jose Yulo. Nowadays, the airstrip is defunct, due to the proposal of industrial parks, factories, plants and subdivisions. It is bounded of LISP and CPIP-1. It is the second largest science park in Laguna province, succeeded by Light Industrial Science Park in Terelay, Cabuyao its closely beside bounded by San Cristobal River.

Rizal Institute is a secondary non-sectarian private school in Canlubang. Founded by Hon. Jose H. Yulo Sr. in 1949, the school was formerly known as Rizal Institute Don Bosco or RIDB. The first director of the school was Ms. Constancio Gabriel with Ms. Josefa M. Tobias as the first principal. In 1960, through the efforts of Fr. Gualberto La Torre, the school administration changed hands to the Salesians and became the Rizal Institute Don Bosco Canlubang. The first director from the Salesians was Fr. Jolus Buchta. In 2003, after 43 years under the Salesians, the school administration was handed over to an alumnus, Mr. James Robert H. de Guia, a graduate of De La Salle University.

Canlubang Golf & Country Club "This golf course is located in Luzon, approximately 5 kilometers from Terelay, situated at the base of Barangay Casile in Cabuyao, Laguna. It is recognized as one of the notable golf courses in the region. In terms of comparison, similar establishments include The Country Club in Santa Rosa and the Santa Elena Golf Course. Historically, the site of the golf course was a sugar cane plantation during the era of José Yulo. The golf course features a layout with both northern and southern courses, encompassing a total of 36 holes."

The Tagaytay–Calamba Road is a two- to four-lane, secondary and tertiary road in Laguna and Cavite, Philippines. Albeit discontinuous, it connects the city of Calamba in Laguna and the city of Tagaytay in Cavite. The road's missing link that will connect its Tagaytay and Calamba sections is under construction.

Mayapa–Canlubang Cadre Road, also known as Mayapa Road, is a two- to four-lane, tertiary national road, located in Calamba, Laguna in the Philippines. It spans 2.768 kilometers (1.720 mi) stretching from the "Checkpoint" area at the intersection with Manila South Road in barangay Paciano Rizal to Jose Yulo Sr. Avenue and Silangan Industrial Park Road in barangay Canlubang. This road adjoins the Canlubang Exit of South Luzon Expressway.
