Pascal Boniani Koeu better known by his stage name Skalpovich, is a French record producer, composer, songwriter and record executive. Between 2001 and 2006, he was part of duo Kore & Skalp with DJ and producer Kore before continuing solo.
Born in Épinay-sur-Seine (Paris suburb), Skalpovich began his music career as a DJ, producing several mixtapes under the name of "DJ Skalp" in the late 1990s. In 2001, he produced his first solo tracks named Les Chipies for the only album of the R&B girlgroup Honneur Ô Dames. [1] Focusing on composition and production, he created the first French hip hop hitmaker team Kore & Skalp with DJ Kore. Kore & Skalp separated in 2006.
After separation, Skalpovich chose to develop his solo career, and took the time to form a new team and to participate to new projects. He entirely produced NBA player Tony Parker's first album titled TP (released in March 2007).

"Abdel Kader" is an Algerian traditional song made famous by the Algerian raï artist Khaled. It is mistakenly thought to be about the Emir `Abd al-Qādir al-Jazā'irī, a famous Algerian Muslim religious leader and freedom fighter who resisted the French conquest of Algeria, but is actually about the 12th century Sufi saint Shaikh Abd al-Qadir al-Jilani, the posthumous founder of the Qadiriyya Sufi Order. It is featured on his 1993 studio album N'ssi N'ssi. After his 1993 original album version, Khaled released a solo live version of "Abdel Kader" in his live album Hafla in 1998.

And they have produced music for many underground groups, e.g. Eloquence, Costello and la Scred Connexion. Since 2001, Kore & Skalp have been at Sony Music France. They separated in 2006 after 5 years together.

It was released as the second single from his first album in late spring 2005. Rapper Sweety features in the Kore & Skalp–produced song.
