The University Interscholastic League (UIL) is an organization that creates rules for and administers almost all athletic, musical, and academic contests for public primary and secondary schools in the U.S. state of Texas. It is the largest organization of its type in the world.

Lovejoy High School is a public high school in Lucas, Texas, in south-central Collin County. It is the only high school in the Lovejoy Independent School District and is classified as 5A by the University Interscholastic League (UIL). The school serves most of the cities of Lucas and Fairview, as well as a small portion of Allen. Students from outside the district may transfer to Lovejoy High School for a tuition fee. Until the Fall of 2006, all high school students zoned in Lovejoy ISD attended nearby Allen High School. Lovejoy graduated its first senior class in 2010. In 2022, the school was given an Accountability Rating Summary of 98 by the Texas Education Agency, including Distinction Designations in all seven categories.
Aledo High School is a public high school located in Aledo, Texas, United States and classified as a 5A school by the UIL. It is part of the Aledo Independent School District located in south central Parker County. Along with Aledo, students attend from the towns of Annetta and Annetta South as well as portions of Annetta North, Hudson Oaks, and Willow Park. Liberty Hill High School is a public high school serving students grades 9–12 located in Williamson County, Texas, United States, 3⁄4 of a mile from Liberty Hill and 30 miles northwest of Austin. It is attended by students residing in the city of Liberty Hill, although most students reside in unincorporated areas of Williamson County. It is one of the three secondary schools and only high school within the Liberty Hill Independent School District. It is part of UIL region 5A. In 2022, the school received a "B" rating from the Texas Education Agency.
