"Something 'bout the Kiss" is Namie Amuro's 14th single under the Avex Trax label, released on September 1, 1999, taken her fourth studio album Genius 2000 .
"Something 'bout the Kiss" is Amuro's first song to be produced by American producer Dallas Austin and show a more American influence in her music. The second track, "You are the One", is a duet featuring Imajin, an American R&B group. Two months later, the single was released as a limited vinyl.

The 12 cm version debut at #3 with 130,510 copies sold in its first week and it sold 253,500 copies. The 8 cm version opened at #7 with 49,160 units sold it sold 115,880 copies. It was the first single released after Amuro's return from her one-year maternity leave, and was released approximately one week before her return from maternity leave. "I Have Never Seen" was a commercial success, becoming her ninth number one single, and was her last until 2008's "60s 70s 80s". The single was certified double platinum by the RIAJ for 800,000 copies shipped to stores.

Never End is the 17th single by Japanese recording artist Namie Amuro, released on July 12, 2000, as the lead single from her 5th studio album Break the Rules. The track was made specifically for the G8 Summit that took place in Amuro's home prefecture Okinawa during July of that year. The single reached #2 on the Oricon Singles Chart and charted for 14 weeks, becoming Amuro's 16th consecutive top 10 solo single. "Never End" was Amuro's last CD single to premiere with over 100,000 copies in sales until "60s 70s 80s" in 2008.

Her second single to be released after her hiatus and taken her fourth studio album Genius 2000, The single was released on the same day that Amuro's mother was murdered. Amuro cancelled promotion for this single and flew to Okinawa to identify her mother's body.
"Toi et Moi" is Namie Amuro's 13th single under the Avex Trax label, released on July 7, 1999.
"Brighter Day" is a song by Japanese recording artist Namie Amuro. It received mixed reviews from music critics; many commended Amuro's vocal abilities while some criticized the song's composition and production. "Go Round" is a song by Japanese recording artist Namie Amuro from her tenth studio album Uncontrolled (2012). It was released as a double a-side single with another album track "Yeah-Oh" and was served as the fourth single on March 21, 2012 by Avex Trax. "Go Round" was written by Aili, produced by T-Sk and co-composed by Tesung Kim and Australian duo Nervo. With a cover sleeve, photographed by Takaki Kumada, showing Amuro in front of a blurry window pane, "Go Round" was recorded both in English and Japanese language and is a dance-pop song.
