The House of Representatives of the Philippines is the lower house of Congress, the bicameral legislature of the Philippines, with the Senate of the Philippines as the upper house. The lower house is usually called Congress, although the term collectively refers to both houses.

Cotabato's 1st congressional district is one of the three congressional districts of the Philippines in the province of Cotabato. It has been represented in the House of Representatives since 1987. The district covers western Cotabato, bordered on three sides by the province of Maguindanao and which, since 2019, contains several exclaves of the Bangsamoro autonomous region. It consists of the municipalities of Alamada, Aleosan, Libungan, Midsayap, Pigcawayan and Pikit. Prior to redistricting in 2012, the district also included the municipalities of Banisilan, Carmen and Kabacan. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Joselito S. Sacdalan of the PDP–Laban.

South Cotabato's at-large congressional district is a defunct congressional district that encompassed the entire province of South Cotabato in the Philippines. It was represented in the House of Representatives from 1967 to 1972 and in the Batasang Pambansa from 1984 to 1986. The province of South Cotabato was created as a result of the partition of Cotabato in 1966 and elected its first representative provincewide at-large during the Philippine House of Representatives special election of November 14, 1967. It covered the combined territories of the present-day South Cotabato and Sarangani provinces including the now-independent city of General Santos. The district remained a single-member district until the dissolution of the lower house in 1972. It was later absorbed by the multi-member Region XI's at-large district for the national parliament in 1978. In 1984, provincial and city representations were restored and South Cotabato elected three members for the regular parliament. The district was abolished following the 1987 reapportionment to establish three districts in the province under a new constitution.

It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Peter Miguel of the Lakas–CMD.
Sarangani's at-large congressional district is the sole congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Sarangani. It was created ahead of the 1995 Philippine House of Representatives elections following the separation of the third district from South Cotabato in 1992. The province has been electing a single representative provincewide at-large to the House of Representatives from the 10th Congress onwards. It is currently represented in the 19th Congress by Steve Solon of the People's Champ Movement.
Tawi-Tawi's at-large congressional district refers to the lone congressional district of the Philippines in the province of Tawi-Tawi. The province has been represented in the country's national legislatures since 1984. It first elected a representative provincewide at-large during the 1984 Philippine parliamentary election following the restoration of provincial and city district representation in the Batasang Pambansa where Tawi-Tawi had previously been included in the regionwide representation of Western Mindanao for the interim parliament. The province, created by the 1973 separation of the Tawi-Tawi island group from Sulu, was formerly represented as part of that province's at-large district in earlier legislatures. Since the 1987 restoration of Congress following the ratification of a new constitution, Tawi-Tawi has been entitled to one member in the House of Representatives. It is currently represented in the 18th Congress by Dimszar M. Sali of the National Unity Party (NUP).
