James David Matheson is an American politician who served as a United States Representative from Utah from 2001 to 2015. He represented Utah's 2nd district from 2001 to 2013 and its 4th district from 2013 to 2015 as a member of the Democratic Party. While in office,he was Utah's only congressional Democrat,and his district was one of the most Republican-leaning districts to be represented by a Democrat.

Margaret Dayton is an American politician from Utah. A member of the Republican Party,she served longer in the Utah Legislature than any other woman in Utah history. After serving a decade in the Utah House of Representatives,she unseated an incumbent senator in 2006 and served in that position until June 2018,when she resigned for medical reasons.

Jennifer Dailey-Provost is an American politician serving as a member of the Utah House of Representatives from the 22nd district. Elected in November 2018,she assumed office on January 1,2019.
