Stephen John Lysak (August 7, 1912 – July 30, 2002) was an American sprint canoeist who competed in the late 1940s.

At the 1948 Summer Olympics in London, he won two medals with Stephen Macknowski. This included a gold in the C-2 10000 m and a silver in the C-2 1000 m events. [1]

Born in Newark, New Jersey, Lysak designed and built the canoe he and Macknowski used for the 1948 Games. After the Olympics, Lysak resided in Yonkers, New York where he died in 2002.

John J. Lysak was an American canoeist who competed in the Olympic Games in 1936 in Berlin. Born in New Jersey but raised in an orphanage in New York, he competed in the 1936 Olympics in Men's Folding Kayak Doubles, 10 kilometres, finishing seventh. After a stint in the United States Marine Corps during World War II, Lysak attended Springfield College and worked as a painting contractor until the age of 62.

Aliaksandr Viktaravich Bahdanovich is a Belarusian sprint canoeist. Competing in three Summer Olympics, he won a gold medal in the C-2 1000 m event at Beijing in 2008 together with Andrei Bahdanovich. They won silver in the same event in the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. At the 2004 Games, he finished sixth in the C-2 500 m event, rowing with Aleksandr Kurlyandchik.
