Street to Kitchen is a restaurant in Houston, in the U.S. state of Texas. Established in 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, [2] the restaurant earned chef Benchawan Jabthong Painter a James Beard Foundation Award for Best Chef: Texas in 2023. [3] [4]

The restaurant moved in November of 2023 to a larger space. [1]

He opened Gunshow, a restaurant in Atlanta, in 2013 and Revival, a restaurant in Decatur, Georgia, in 2015. Gillespie also started Red Beard Restaurants, allowing Gillespie to expand and provide consulting services to other start-ups. Kevin Gillespie's Gamechanger opened in August 2017 on the 200 concourse western end zone of the Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
