Su Deliang (born January 1960) is a Chinese politician and the current Leader of the Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the State Supervision Commission in the Supreme People's Procuratorate. Previously he served as Vice-Minister of State Security,Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of Ningxia Autonomous Region,Head of Ningxia Public Security Bureau,President of Ningxia Jurisprudence Society,and a member of the CPC Ningxia Provincial Standing Committee. Born in Shengzhou,Zhejiang in January 1960,Su Deliang graduated from Central Party School of the Chinese Communist Party.
Su began his political career in September 1980,and joined the Chinese Communist Party in March 1985. [1]
Beginning in 1984,he served in several posts in Shanghai Municipal State Security Agency,including deputy sector chief,deputy director,and assistant director.
In August 1999,he was transferred to southwest China's Hainan and appointed deputy head of Hainan Provincial State Security Agency,and a member of the party committee,he served there until August 2002.
In August 2002,he was transferred again to northwest China's Ningxia Autonomous Region,where he became its deputy secretary-general,party boss and head of its Provincial State Security Agency,and was re-elected in March 2005. He also served as Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee from December 2006 to May 2013,and he was a member of its CPC Standing Committee between June 2007 to May 2013. [2]
In May 2013,Su Deliang was promoted to become a member of the Ministry of State Security of the Chinese Communist Party,and concurrently served as its director of the Political Department. [3] In August 2015,he was promoted again to become Vice-Minister of State Security,replacing Ma Jian,who was stripped of his post for alleged "serious violations of discipline and laws" during the Chinese government's ongoing anti-corruption campaign. [4]
In May 2018,he became leader of the Group of the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and the National Supervisory Commission in the Supreme People's Procuratorate,replacing Wang Xingning .

The 17th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party was elected by the 17th Congress on 21 October 2007,and sat until the 18th National Congress in 2012. The 17th Central Committee is composed of full members and alternate members. It was followed by the 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. A member has voting rights,while an alternate does not. Before beginning his political career,Su served as the Vice-President in the state-owned PetroChina Company Limited. He later became chief executive of Sinopec Group. In 2011,Su was named Governor of Fujian. He was investigated by the Central Commission for Discipline Inspection in 2015 and subsequently expelled from the Chinese Communist Party for violating organizational discipline. He was sentenced to sixteen years in prison upon being convicted on charges of bribery and abuse of power.
Zhu Mingguo is a former Chinese politician of Li ethnic heritage who spent his career in Guangdong,Hainan,and Chongqing. Zhu was an alternate member of 18th Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. He was investigated by the Chinese Communist Party's anti-corruption agency in November 2014. Previously he served as the chairman of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. He has become the second senior Party and government official to be investigated in Guangdong in six months,following Wan Qingliang,former Party chief of Guangzhou.
Sui Fengfu is a former Chinese agricultural official who spent most of his career in Heilongjiang province. He was the Party Secretary of Heilongjiang Provincial State-owned Farms Administrative Bureau,China's largest state-owned agriculture cooperative that employs some 900,000 people. Sui also served as the Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Heilongjiang People's Congress,i.e.,the provincial legislature.

Mo Jiancheng is a former Chinese politician who spent most of his career in both Inner Mongolia and Jiangxi. As of August 2017 he was under investigation by the Communist Party's anti-corruption agency. Previously he served as leader of the discipline inspection team sent by Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) to Ministry of Finance (MOF) from December 2015 to August 2017,Deputy Communist Party Secretary of Jiangxi from January 2015 to December 2015,executive vice-governor of Jiangxi from July 2013 to September 2015,Communist Party Secretary of Baotou from November 2006 to April 2010,and Communist Party Secretary of Tongliao from January 2003 to December 2004. Mo worked with Su Rong for a long time.
Tong Daochi is a former Chinese politician who served as Chinese Communist Party Committee Secretary of Sanya between November 2018 and October 2020. Wang Yong is a former Chinese politician who spent his entire career in both Shandong and Hainan provinces. He was investigated by China's top anti-graft agency in July 2020. Previously he served as vice-chairman of the Hainan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC). He entered the workforce in January 1973,and joined the Chinese Communist Party in July 1976. He was a delegate to the 12th National People's Congress.
Gan Rongkun is a former Chinese politician. He was investigated by China's top anti-graft agency in June 2021. He entered the workforce in July 1983,and joined the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) in April 1996. Previously he was secretary of the Henan Provincial Politics and Law Commission and a member of the Standing Committee of the CCP Henan Provincial Committee.

Previously he served as vice chairman of Guangdong Provincial People's Congress and before that,vice governor of Guangdong.
