Sufi Mohammed Mizanur Rahman is a distinguished Bangladeshi industrialist and social worker, renowned as the Founding Chairman of the PHP Group of Industries , ^[1] a prominent Bangladeshi conglomerate. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to social welfare and industrial development, the Government of Bangladesh conferred upon him the Ekushey Padak, the nation’s second-highest civilian honor, in 2020 ^[2]
