The Sunday Times Rich List 2021 is the 33rd annual survey of the wealthiest people resident in the United Kingdom, published by The Sunday Times online on 21 May 2021. [1]

Contents

The List was edited by Robert Watts who succeeded long-term compiler Philip Beresford in 2017. He noted that "the fact many of the super-rich grew so much wealthier at a time when thousands of us have buried loved ones and millions of us worried for our livelihoods makes this a very unsettling boom."

Sir Ian Clark Wood, is a Scottish billionaire businessman and philanthropist. He is best known for his work in the North Sea oil industry with Wood Group, which he was largely responsible for transforming from a company of modest size, serving a primarily local market, to a large corporation with operations in over 50 countries. He served as Wood Group's chief executive from 1967 to 2006, and as chairman until 2012. Wood is one of Scotland's wealthiest people, with an estimated net worth of around £1.7 billion (2020).

Srichand Parmanand Hinduja was an Indian-born British billionaire businessman, investor, and philanthropist. He was the primary shareholder and chairman of Hinduja Group of companies. Together with his brother Gopichand, he was the UK's richest man.

Robert Stephen Rubin, is a British billionaire businessman. He is the chairman, and co-owner of Pentland Group, the holding company for a number of sporting goods companies, based in Finchley, north London. As of May 2021, his net worth was estimated at £6.4 billion.

Christoph Henkel is a London-based German billionaire businessman and entrepreneur. As of September 2021, his net worth is estimated at US$1.7 billion.
