Mysore Seshaiah Suresh Babu Naidu is an Indian actor, producer, director, and dubbing artist. He has acted predominantly in Tamil and Telugu languages. [2]
Suresh was born in Sri Kalhasthi. His parents were also born in Sri Kalahasthi. His grandfather was from Nellore. [1]
Suresh started his career as an editing assistant and a dance assistant. One of his father's friends thought that he could become a successful lead actor. Suresh approached director C. V. Sridhar with a portfolio but was turned down. A few years later, Suresh played the lead in three of Sridhar's films. He then met director duo Santhana Bharathi and P. Vasu, who cast him as the lead in Panneer Pushpangal (1981). [3] Suresh was simultaneously offered the lead role in Bharathiraja's Alaigal Oivathillai (1981), which he turned down for the former film. Both films were large commercial successes. [4] He became the prominent face of the Tamil Film Industry, through the 80's era. Suresh played the role of a lover in many films and produced four films and seven television serials before taking a hiatus in the 1990s. During the period he enhanced his career in Telugu cinema.[ citation needed ]
Suresh made a comeback to Tamil cinema in 2006 with Kizhakku Kadalkarai Salai starring Srikanth. He played supporting roles including in Aasal (2010) alongside Ajith Kumar. [5] In 2012, Suresh appeared in the Tamil-Telugu bilingual film Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi directed by Balaji Mohan, playing the character of Akilan Venkatesan, who was going through a mid-life crisis. A reviewer for The Hindu called the entire cast "effective". [6]
Suresh has hosted and judged six seasons of the competitive cooking game show Kitchen Superstar for Vijay TV. [7]
As a dubbing / voice-over artist, Suresh was the Tamil voice of the actor Ajith Kumar in Aasai (1995) and for Nagarjuna in Idhayathai Thirudathe (1989), Siva (1989), Ratchagan (1997), Ooty (2012), and Manam (2016). [8]
From 2018 to 2020, he has starred opposite Khushbu Sundar in the bilingual daily serial Lakshmi Stores . [9]

Akkineni Nagarjuna Rao, known mononymously as Nagarjuna, is an Indian actor, film producer, television presenter, and entrepreneur. Nagarjuna has acted predominantly in Telugu cinema, along with a few Hindi and Tamil films. He received two National Film Awards namely, for Ninne Pelladata (1996), which he produced won the Best Feature Film in Telugu and a Special Mention as actor for Annamayya (1997); nine state Nandi Awards, and three Filmfare Awards South.
Ratchagan (transl. Saviour) is a 1997 Indian Tamil-language romantic action film written, produced by K. T. Kunjumon, and directed by Praveen Gandhi in his debut. The music and background score is composed by A. R. Rahman. It stars Nagarjuna and Sushmita Sen in their Tamil debuts, alongside Raghuvaran, S. P. Balasubrahmanyam, Vadivelu and Girish Karnad in supporting roles. The film was released on 30 October 1997. It was the most expensive Indian film at the time of release. Notably, this marks the first and last Tamil film to have Sen in a lead role. The film turned out to be a box-office bomb although it went on to gather a cult following over the years.
A. M. Rathnam is an Indian film producer, lyricist, screenwriter, and director known for his works in Telugu and Tamil cinema. Under the gamut of Sri Surya Movies Entertainment, Hyderabad, a movie production house owned by him, he has produced blockbusters in Telugu such as Karthavyam (1990), Peddarikam (1992), Sneham Kosam (1999), and Kushi (2001). Panneer Pushpangal is a 1981 Indian Tamil-language teen romance film jointly directed by Santhana Bharathi and P. Vasu in their directorial debut. The film stars Pratap, Vennira Aadai Moorthy and newcomers Suresh Kumar and Shanthi Krishna. It was released on 3 July 1981. It was dubbed into Telugu as Madhura Geetham and released on 20 March 1982.

Kadhilil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi is a 2012 Indian Tamil-language romantic comedy film written and directed Balaji Mohan based on the same‑titled short film he made. The film stars Siddharth and Amala Paul. A few scenes of Siddharth, Amala Paul, Suresh and Surekha Vani were reshot for the Telugu version, which was titled Love Failure. It was released worldwide on 17 February 2012 to critical acclaim and was declared a hit.

Manam (transl. Us) is a 2014 Indian Telugu-language fantasy drama film written and directed by Vikram Kumar, and produced by the Akkineni Family under the Annapurna Studios banner. The film stars Akkineni Nageswara Rao, Nagarjuna, Naga Chaitanya, Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Shriya Saran. The film is set in various time periods, over the course of a hundred years up until 2013, and deals with the concepts of rebirth and eternal love. The plot features a wealthy businessman, Nageswara Rao (Nagarjuna), attempting to bring a young couple together resembling his deceased parents and the elderly Chaitanya's attempts to bring the businessman and a doctor together. They resemble Chaitanya's deceased parents, who died because of a mistake committed by him in his childhood.
Arjunan is an Indian actor who has appeared in supporting roles in predominantly Tamil-language films. He made his breakthrough portraying Siva, a hopeless college romantic, in Balaji Mohan's bilingual film, Kadhalil Sodhappuvadhu Yeppadi (2012), winning critical acclaim for his portrayal.
