Svensktoppen is a weekly record chart airing at Sveriges Radio. Until January 2003, the songs had to be in the Swedish language. Svensktoppen has aired since 1962, except for the years 1982-1985. The last years before the January 2003 change, the programme was strongly dominated by dansband music.

The song was also released as a single.
"Älvorna" is a song written by Lars "Dille" Diedricson, Marcos Ubeda and Dan Attlerud. The song was performed by Sarek at Melodifestivalen 2004, where it was knocked out at Andra chansen.
"Med hjärtat fyllt av ljus" is a song written by Bobby Ljunggren, Henrik Wikström and Ingela "Pling" Forsman, and performed by Shirley Clamp at Melodifestivalen 2009, where the song participated in the first semifinal inside Scandinavium in Gothenburg on 7 February 2009, getting knocked out of contest. The song was also released as a single.
"Det svär jag på" is a song written by Lena Philipsson and Torgny Söderberg, and performed by Arvingarna at Melodifestivalen 1999, where it ended up third. It was also released as a single. The song was originally thought to have been performed by Lena Philipsson herself.
"Faller du så faller jag" is a song written by Patrik Isaksson, and performed by himself at Melodifestivalen 2006, where it was knocked out at the Second Chance Contest.
"Something in Your Eyes" is a song written by Thomas G:son, Henrik Sethsson and Erik Bernholm. Performed by Jenny Silver in the first semifinal of Melodifestivalen 2011 in Luleå, the song made it to Andra Chansen, where it was knocked out of the contest.
