Tamara Isabel Leonelli Leonelli (born 5 June 1997) is a Chilean para table tennis player who competes in international level events. She was the first Chilean table tennis player to win gold at the Parapan American Games and is the first Chilean female table tennis player to qualify to compete at the 2020 Summer Paralympics after winning the gold medal in the women's singles at the 2019 Parapan American Games. The 1999 Parapan American Games, officially the I Pan American Games, was a major international multi-sport event for athletes with disabilities that took place in Mexico City, Mexico. Organized by the International Paralympics Committee, it marked the first official Parapan American Games. Over 1,000 athletes from 18 countries competed in the games. The games served as a qualifier for the 2000 Summer Paralympics in some sports as the gold medal winners at Mexico 1999 secured a directly place at 2000 Summer Paralympics. These Parapan American Games were held in the same year but at a different location than the 1999 Pan American Games, which were held in Winnipeg, Canada during late july to early august.

Qualification for table tennis at the 2020 Summer Paralympics began on 1 January 2019 and ended on 31 March 2021. There were 174 male athlete and 106 female athlete quotas in 31 events for the sport.
