Tara Perry (born 20 November 1974) is a Canadian sprinter. She competed in the women's 200 metres at the 1996 Summer Olympics. [1]
Tara Kristen Lipinski is an American former competitive figure skater, actress, sports commentator, and documentary film producer. A former competitor in women's singles, she is the 1998 Olympic champion, the 1997 World champion, a two-time Champions Series Final champion (1997–1998) and the 1997 U.S. national champion. Until 2019, she was the youngest single skater to win a U.S. Nationals and the youngest to become an Olympic and World champion in figure skating history. She is the first woman to complete a triple loop-triple loop combination, her signature jump element, in competition. Starting in 1997, Lipinski had a rivalry with fellow skater Michelle Kwan, which was played up by the American press, and culminated when Lipinski won the gold medal at the 1998 Olympics.
Colombia competed in the Summer Olympic Games for the first time at the 1932 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, United States. Two people traveled to represent Colombia, musician Emirto de Lima and marathon runner Jorge Perry. Colombia did not have an Olympic committee but agreed to sponsor Perry to train in America for four months before the event. Unfortunately, he did not finish the marathon due to fainting after the first 10 km.

In 1990, she won the Honda-Broderick Award as the nation's best female collegiate volleyball player.

Hryb was inducted into the Canadian Wrestling Hall of Fame in 1988 and the Greater Victoria Sports Hall of Fame in 2002.

Perry Timothy Jecko was an American competition swimmer who represented the United States at the 1956 Summer Olympics in Melbourne, Australia. He swam for the second-place U.S. team in the qualifying heats of the men's 4×200-meter freestyle relay. Jecko did not receive a medal, however, because only relay swimmers who competed in the event final were eligible under the 1956 Olympic rules. In 1983, he acted on Broadway in Woman of the Year with Debbie Reynolds.
