Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation also known as (TSIIC) is a Government of Telangana initiative for providing infrastructure through the development of industrial areas in the state of Telangana. [1]

Vijayapura Airport Proposed to be named as Jagatjyoti Shri Basaveshwar Airport, Vijayapura is an under-construction greenfield airport that will serve the city of Vijayapura in Karnataka, India. The airport is being built by the Karnataka State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (KSIIDC) at a cost of Rs 220 crore. The project site is located 15 km from the city on 727-acre (2.94 km2) of land in Madhabavi, located outside the city premises. The airport was expected to be ready by early 2023, but this has been pushed back to February 2024.

The Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) is the urban planning agency of Hyderabad in the Indian state of Telangana. The HMDA administers the Hyderabad Metropolitan Region, spread over an area of 7,257 km2 (2,802 sq mi) and covers the districts of Hyderabad district, Medchal district, part of Rangareddy district, Bhuvanagiri district, Sangareddy district, Medak district and Siddipet district. HMDA is the largest urban development authority in India. HMDA was formed by the merging of the following erstwhile entities: Hyderabad Urban Development Authority (HUDA), Hyderabad Airport Development Authority (HADA), Cyberabad Development Authority (CDA) and Buddha Poornima Project Authority (BPPA). Nizamabad Airport is a proposed greenfield airport in Jakranpalli in Nizamabad district in the Indian state of Telangana. The project site is located on National Highway 44, about 30 km (19 mi) east of the city of Nizamabad. The state government of Telangana has proposed the construction of the airport in 1,161 acres (4.70 km2).

Biodiversity park in Hyderabad has been established during the Convention on Biological Diversity held in 2012. It was inaugurated along with a commemorative pylon by the Prime Minister of India Manmohan Singh. It was opened for the public at Gachibowli since 19 January 2015. The park was set up within the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (TSIIC) layout at a total cost of more than Rs. 2 crores. VCIC is aligned with the Golden Quadrilateral and is poised to play a critical role in driving India’s Act East Policy and Make in India campaign. The nearly 800-kilometer corridor links India with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and East Asian economies that form the bedrock of global manufacturing economy. <span class="mw-page-title-main">East Coast Economic Corridor</span> India’s first coastal economic corridor

The East Coast Economic Corridor (ECEC) is India’s first coastal economic corridor covering 2500 km of India's coastline, to be developed with the help of the Asian Development Bank (ADB). The ADB is to invest $500 million in infrastructural development of the project. Since late 2013, ADB has been supporting studies on transport corridors in India. Phase 1 of the ECEC is Visakhapatnam-Chennai Industrial Corridor (VCIC) which had been approved by the ADB board in October 2016. The ECEC running along the entire east coast of India from Kolkata to Kanyakumari, is a multimodal, regional maritime corridor that can play a vital role in unifying the large domestic market, as well as integrating the Indian economy with the dynamic global value chains of Southeast and East Asia. It would play a crucial role in the Government of India’s (GoI) Make in India campaign and also supports the port-led industrialization strategy under the Sagar Mala initiative and the Act East Policy by linking domestic companies with the vibrant global production networks of East and Southeast Asia.

Kakatiya Mega Textile Park is an under-construction textile park to come up in Warangal district, Telangana, India. The proposed 'cotton-to-garment' park will be set up in an area of 2,000 – 3,000 acres, with a vision to have a "fibre to fabric (end-to-end)" facility.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Fintech Valley Vizag</span>

Fintech Valley Vizag is an initiative of the Government of Andhra Pradesh to promote business infrastructure in the state, and attract investors and multinational corporations to set up offices. Fintech Valley was founded by N. Chandrababu Naidu then Chief Minister of the Andhra Pradesh state in December 2016 with the goal of enhancing Visakhapatnam City as a financial technology capital in Andhra Pradesh.

To promote "Local Self-Governance" of the Industrial Areas, TSIIC has evolved the concept of Industrial Areas Service Societies involving the taxpayer's community in the Notified Industrial Areas in the Management/Maintenance of Industrial Areas.
