The Confessional is a 2008 mixtape by Bishop Lamont. It was distributed by Aftermath Entertainment. An unofficial version was leaked before it was due to be released by DJ Strong. [2]
The Confessional features Xzibit, Glasses Malone, Warren G, Stat Quo, Tha Bizness, Ras Kass, Busta Rhymes and many others. Production was mainly by producers such as Dr. Dre, Focus..., Scott Storch and DJ Khalil also play a big role in production. Other producers such as East Coast heavyweights like Nottz and Bink! also contributed to the mixtape as well. It was hosted by DJ Whoo Kid and presented by Diosece.

Stanley Bernard Benton, better known by his stage name Stat Quo, is an American rapper and record producer. Benton worked his way to college and attended University of Florida, where he majored in economics and international business in 2000. He was contemplating law school, until veteran Southern rapper Scarface encouraged him to rap professionally. In February 2003, Stat Quo released his first installment of the Underground Atlanta Mixtapes and caught the attention of Aftermath Entertainment associate Mel-Man. When Stat Quo was in L.A. performing at Encore, Mel-Man invited him to Record One Studios where he met Dr. Dre. That night at Record One, Stat Quo recorded the song "The Future" with Dr. Dre and released it on the second volume of his Underground Atlanta mixtape in 2004. The tape made its way by a different route to Eminem and led to Stat Quo's record deal with Shady Records and Aftermath Entertainment. Stat Quo is currently managing Lil Xan and Young Aspect.
Philip Brandon Martin, better known as Bishop Lamont, is an American rapper from Carson, California. He was signed to Dr. Dre's Aftermath Entertainment record label and released one project under the label, eventually leaving in 2010.

Donald Cannon is an American DJ, record producer, songwriter, and record executive. Cannon is a co-founder of the Atlantic Records imprint, Generation Now. Charles Eddie-Lee Hamilton, Jr. is an American rapper from Cleveland, Ohio. He released his debut mixtape, Crash Landing in June 2008, and signed an undisclosed multi-million dollar recording contract with Interscope Records two months later. He released 11 follow-up mixtapes and his debut studio album, The Pink Lavalamp (2008) that same year, although none of which were released by the label. In December, he was selected for XXL magazine's second Annual Freshmen Class list, which was issued the following year.

Bad Season is the debut mixtape by Tech N9ne released on December 23, 2010 for free digital download. The mixtape was presented by XXL Magazine and it was hosted by DJ Whoo Kid and DJ Scream. It contains 14 all-new tracks submitted by DJ Whoo Kid for Tech N9ne to rap over without prior knowledge of who produced any of the beats. Also included are three tracks from previous Tech N9ne releases. Dr. Dre, the Haitian Super Heroes, Travis Barker and Cookin Soul were later revealed as producers for the mixtape. The mixtape features guest appearances from Krizz Kaliko, Kutt Calhoun, Jay Rock, Big Scoob, Oobergeek, Irv Da Phenom, Nesto and others. The track "Hard Liquor" was originally by The Game with production by Dr. Dre intended for his Doctors Advocate album, but it did not make the final track listing. After the track was submitted to Whoo Kid, he then submitted it to Travis Barker to remix the track, without Tech N9ne having knowledge of the remix.
