The Make Yourself at Home EP is an acoustic EP by American pop punk band The Starting Line released on 25 November 2003.
The Make Yourself at Home EP contains six acoustic songs, including five new songs and an acoustic version of "The Best of Me", previously released as an electric version on The Starting Line's 2002 studio album, Say It Like You Mean It . [1] The enhanced version of the EP contains video footage of the band performing unreleased tracks, titled "Classic Jazz" and "Surprise, Surprise". Recorded in two sessions in producer Bob Jones' bedroom and singer Kenny Vasoli's basement, the EP's first five tracks were initially planned to be released on 12 August 2003. However, the release date was postponed as a result of Vasoli recording a sixth song, titled "Lasting Impressions", in the back of the band's bus while on tour. A DVD with the same name was released simultaneously, and features an acoustic set performed by the band at Skate & Surf 2003 in Asbury Park, New Jersey.

Based on a True Story is the second studio album by American pop punk band the Starting Line. The group's label Drive-Thru Records had a distribution deal which allowed MCA Records to acquire their bands. After MCA Records was absorbed into Geffen Records in mid-2003, the band spent most of 2004 writing and demoing songs for their next album. Following pre-production in July 2004, the band began recording for Based on a True Story, finishing in September. The album was recorded at various studios in New York state and California. Separate sessions were produced by Tim O'Heir, Howard Benson and Eric Rachel.

The Forecast is an indie rock band from Peoria, Illinois. The Forecast's sound is most recognizable for containing strong two and three part harmonies performed by combinations of their multiple vocalists, as heard in tracks such as "Red as the Moon" and "One Hundred Percent". The band was started with Dustin Addis, the only remaining original member, in 2001. The band's current line up came together in the summer in 2004 when Shannon Burns and Matt Webb left their old band, Casting Lines. They released their first full-length album, with their current line-up, May 17, 2005 titled Late Night Conversations. The Forecast's Hit, " These Lights" was featured in MVP 06 NCAA Baseball. He is also the lead musician, songwriter and co-producer in his band, I Can Make a Mess Like Nobody's Business. He has also released music under the name Ace Enders and a Million Different People.

Vasoli is the band's lead singer and guitarist and formed Person L in winter 2006 as an outlet to explore other musical styles. Letting Go is the EP of Lo-Pro, initially available only during concerts in July and August during the "Stimulate This" Tour with Staind, Shinedown, Chevelle and Halestorm.
