The Mixtape EP is the debut EP of the melodic death metal band Meridian Dawn. It was released on 25 March 2014. [1] The mixtape features a guest appearance from Joacim "Jake E" Lundberg (Cyhra, ex-Amaranthe) on the track "Dressed In Ice". [2] [3] "Thieves" would be released as a lyric video single directed by Niklas Sundin (Dark Tranquillity, Cabin Fever Media). [4] [5] [6] [7]

HammerFall is a Swedish power metal band from Gothenburg. The band was formed in 1993 by ex-Ceremonial Oath guitarist Oscar Dronjak.
Joacim Cans is a Swedish singer, best known as the lead vocalist of power metal band HammerFall. He is the only member aside from founder and guitarist Oscar Dronjak to appear on all of the band's albums.

Threshold is the sixth studio album by Swedish power metal band HammerFall, released on 18 October 2006. The album entered the Swedish charts at number one, staying on the chart for eight weeks. It was the band's first number 1 album since Renegade in 2000. It is currently the last HammerFall studio album with guitarist Stefan Elmgren and bassist Magnus Rosén, as Rosén left the band in 2007 and Elmgren left in 2008.

Charlie Bauerfeind, who produced many of band's albums, was the producer. Cans bandmates Oscar Dronjak and Stefan Elmgren are also featured on the record. Most of the album was recorded at Studio Fredman in Cans's hometown: Gothenburg, Sweden.

It is made up of vocalist Joacim "Jake E" Keelyn (ex-Amaranthe), rhythm guitarist Jesper Strömblad, German drummer Alex Landenburg, Finnish lead guitarist Euge Valovirta (ex-Shining) and third guitarist Marcus Sunesson (Engel). CyHra plays a modern melodic metal style.
