The Raja Saab (transl.The Raja Sir), is an upcoming Indian Telugu-language romantic horror film [1] written and directed by Maruthi, and produced by T. G. Vishwa Prasad and Vivek Kuchibotla under People Media Factory. The film stars Prabhas [2] in the lead role, alongside Nidhhi Agerwal, Riddhi Kumar and Malavika Mohanan. [3] [4]

The film was officially announced in January 2024. [5] The film's music is being composed by Thaman S, cinematography handled by Karthik Palani and editing by Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao. [6]

Development

The project was officially announced on 15 January 2024 with a first look poster on the occasion of Sankranti. [7] However, principal photograhy began in September 2022. [8]

As of February 2024, the film has completed between 40% and 45% of its principal photography. [9]

As per media sources, the film's prospective theatrical release is currently slated for December 2024 or January 2025, in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada languages. [10]
