The Road is the eleventh Korean-language studio album (fourteenth overall) by South Korean boy band Super Junior released on January 6,2023. [1] The album was originally released in two parts,The Road:Keep On Going and The Road:Celebration. The former was released on July 12,2022, [2] while the latter was released on December 15,2022,by SM Entertainment. [3] The album features the vocals of nine Super Junior members,which are Leeteuk,Heechul,Yesung,Shindong,Eunhyuk,Donghae,Siwon,Ryeowook and Kyuhyun. [4]
On June 13,2022,Label SJ released the concept trailer for their eleventh album. [5] [6]
On June 28,2022,Super Junior released the track list for Vol.1 of their eleventh album. Five tracks were included in Vol.1. The title song for the album was "Mango". [7]
Super Junior released the music video for their second track,"Don't Wait",on June 29,2022. [8]
On November 28,SM released the first set of teasers for The Road Vol. 2:Celebration,with a set release date of December 16. [9]
On July 15 to July 17,the group embarked on the album supporting tour,Super Show 9 at the Jamsil Arena in Seoul. [10] They first performed "Celebrate" during the Philippines stop of the tour on December 17,2022. [11]

Super Junior , also known as SJ or SuJu, is a South Korean boy band composed of Leeteuk, Heechul, Yesung, Shindong, Sungmin, Eunhyuk, Donghae, Siwon, Ryeowook and Kyuhyun. Han Geng, Kibum and Kangin were originally part of the group before departing in 2011, 2015 and 2019, respectively. The group was formed by the founder of SM Entertainment, Lee Soo-man in 2005 as a 12-piece group with rotational members but the concept was abandoned after addition of Kyuhyun in 2006. They are also dubbed by the media as the "King of Hallyu Wave" due to their prominent contributions in Korean Wave.
Cho Kyu-hyun, referred to as Kyuhyun, is a South Korean singer, musical theatre actor and television host. He debuted as a new member of boy group Super Junior in May 2006. Apart from his group's activities, he has established himself as a musical actor, notably through his participation in the original and Korean versions of stage musicals including The Three Musketeers, Catch Me If You Can, Moon Embracing the Sun, Singin' in the Rain, The Days, Robin Hood, Werther, Mozart!, The Man Who Laughs, Phantom, and Frankenstein. He was also cast in television shows including Radio Star, We Got Married, Mamma Mia, Fluttering India and in the third, fourth, seventh, and eighth seasons of New Journey to the West. He debuted as a solo artist with his debut mini album, At Gwanghwamun, on November 13, 2014, making him the first Super Junior member to debut as a solo artist.
South Korean boyband Super Junior had appeared in 83 music videos, most of which were in starring roles. Some of their music video has received recognition from critics and awarding bodies. The music video for "U", released in 2006, won the Popular Music Video Award at the 2006 edition of Golden Disc Awards. In 2009, they released the music video for "Sorry, Sorry" in support of their third album, Sorry, Sorry. The music video which features the song's dance routine was an instant hit in South Korea and skyrocketed their popularity in Asia. In 2020, it was listed as one of Globe Telecom's Iconic K-Pop Music Video. "Mr. Simple" music video, released in 2011 to support the album of the same name, won the 2011 Mashable Awards in the Viral Video of the Year category, won the 2012 Myx Music Awards's Favourite K-Pop Video, and was the recipient of the YouTube K-Pop Awards in the Most Viewed Video of The Year category. "Sexy, Free & Single" won three accolades; the 2013 Myx Music Awards's Favourite K-Pop Video, the Singapore's e-Awards in the Most Popular Music Video in K-pop category, and Favorite Asian Music Video in You2Play Awards. In 2018, music video for "Black Suit" won the International Video of the Year, also in the Myx Music Awards.
Super Junior-D&E is the fifth sub-unit of South Korean boy band Super Junior, composed of two Super Junior members: Donghae and Eunhyuk. The duo debuted on December 16, 2011, with their digital single "Oppa, Oppa".
Drippin is a South Korean boy band formed by Woollim Entertainment in 2020. They debuted on October 28, 2020, with the EP Boyager. The group's lineup originally consisted of Hyeop, Yunseong, Changuk, Dongyun, Minseo, Junho and previously Alex before his departure from the group on July 28, 2023.
