Thiruveer (born 23 July 1988) is an actor and director who works in Telugu theatre and cinema. [2] His notable film appearances include "Pareshan" (2023), George Reddy (2019), Palasa 1978 (2020) and Masooda (2022).

Early life

Thiruveer was born in Mamidipally, Ranga Reddy district, Telangana to P. Venkat Reddy and Veeramma. He was brought up in Mamidipally. He did his Master of Performing Arts in Theatre Arts from Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University, Hyderabad.

Personal Life

Thiruveer tied knot to Kalpana Rao on 21 April 2024 in an intimate and private wedding ceremony at the holy Tirumala Temple. [3]

Career

He worked as a part-time radio jockey for AIR FM Rainbow 101.9 Hyderabad in 2012-2013 as RJ Thiru.

<i>Mayabazar</i> 1957 film by K. V. Reddy

Mayabazar is a 1957 Indian epic Hindu mythological film directed by K. V. Reddy. It was produced by Nagi Reddi and Chakrapani under their banner, Vijaya Productions. The film was shot simultaneously in Telugu and Tamil, with a few differences in the cast. The story is an adaptation of the folk tale Sasirekha Parinayam, which is based on the characters of the epic Mahabharata. It revolves around the roles of Krishna and Ghatotkacha, as they try to reunite Arjuna's son Abhimanyu with his love, Balarama's daughter Sasirekha (Savitri). The Telugu version features Gummadi, Mukkamala, Ramana Reddy, and Relangi in supporting roles, with D. Balasubramaniam, R. Balasubramaniam, V. M. Ezhumalai, and K. A. Thangavelu playing those parts in the Tamil version.

Tadepalli Lakshmi Kantha Rao was an Indian actor and producer known for his works predominantly in Telugu cinema. Palasa 1978 is a 2020 Indian Telugu-language period action thriller film written and directed by Karuna Kumar in his directorial debut. The film stars Rakshith, Nakshatra, and Raghu Kunche who also composed the music. Prawin Yendamuri and Thiruveer play a supporting roles. The film is set in 1970s in Palasa, a town in Srikakulam district of Andhra Pradesh and revolves around the incidents related to caste discrimination and untouchability. The film was listed in the Film Companion's "Top 7 Telugu films of 2020" chart.

Nandini Sidda Reddy is a teacher, writer, poet, songwriter and social activist from the state of Telangana, India. He is known for promoting Telugu culture. Several of his songs have been featured in Telugu language films. He was one of the leaders of the Telangana movement to make Telangana a separate state from Andhra Pradesh, which took place in 2014. He was the first Chairman of the Telangana Sahitya Akademi.

Masooda is a 2022 Indian Telugu-language supernatural horror film written and directed by debutant Sai Kiran, and produced by Rahul Yadav Nakka through the Swadharm Entertainment. The film stars Sangeetha, Thiruveer, Kavya Kalyanram, and Subhalekha Sudhakar. The film was released on 18 November 2022, opened to positive reviews from critics and audiences, alike, and became a commercial success.
