Keep the Faith marked a change to a "more serious interpretation of the band's pop-metal groove". It is also Bon Jovi's longest album to date, clocking in at 66 minutes.

The DVD shows the band performing the Lost Highway album in its entirety to an audience of approximately 2,000 people in Chicago Illinois. It is the first time in the band's history that they have performed an entire album in sequence live. After they completed performing the album in its entirety, the band played three of their hits: "It's My Life", "Wanted Dead or Alive" and "Who Says You Can't Go Home". The Circle Tour is a worldwide concert tour by American rock band Bon Jovi. The tour supported the band's 11th studio album The Circle (2009). Starting in North America in early 2010, the tour progressed to Europe, South America, Asia and Australia before the year's end. It included a 12 night run at the O2 Arena in London and four nights in East Rutherford, New Jersey to celebrate the grand opening of the Meadowlands Stadium. The tour was the #1 top-grossing concert tour for 2010 in the United States.

The tour was an extension of the Keep the Faith Tour which was in promotion of the 1992 multi-platinum album Keep the Faith. The tour returned to Europe, Asia and North America and also visited countries such as Australia and Argentina, which were not visited during the initial Keep the Faith tour earlier in the year.
