Tiffany Ann Rea (born October 27, 1996) is an American beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss United States 2020. [1] On June 27, 2024 Rea was crowned Miss Washington USA 2024 and represented Washington at Miss USA 2024 pageant but was unplaced. [2] [3] [4]

Early life and education

Rea was born in Lewiston, Idaho and moved to Tehachapi, California when she was a young child. [5] [6] She began competing in pageants at the age of 9. [7] Rea has four brothers, and she is the youngest child in her family. [8] [5] She is the daughter of Ted and Debbie Rea. [5]

Rea attended Cerro Coso Community College and Liberty University. [7] [9] She has degrees in crime scene investigation and psychology and she studies latent fingerprint analysis. [10]

Rea worked for the Tehachapi Police Department [6] and for the City of Tehachapi during the COVID-19 pandemic and was part of the city's COVID-19 resource team. [7] Rea is a realtor in Kern County, California. [11]

Pageantry

Rea's first pageant title was "Junior Miss East Kern County, California City" which she won in 2009. [5] Rea won the title of Miss Teen Earth United States (the teen counterpart to the Miss Earth United States pageant) in 2014.[ citation needed ] She has also held the titles of Miss Tehachapi 2014, [8] Miss Kern County 2019 and 2020, [12] Miss California United States 2020, [13] Miss United States 2020, [12] and Miss Washington USA 2024. [3] Rea held a pageant title every year from 2009 to 2020, when she won the title of Miss United States 2020.[ citation needed ] After her Miss United States reign, she continued to compete within the Miss USA organization. [3]

During her reigns, Rea volunteered with blood drives, [14] anti-human trafficking groups, [15] blindness prevention, [16] mentorship organizations, [17] [10] veterans groups (including the American Legion), beach cleanups, blood community gardens, homeless shelters and orphanages, and earned two President's Volunteer Service Awards. Miss Teen USA is a beauty pageant that has been run since 1983 by the Miss Universe Organization for girls aged 14–19 years old as of January 1st of the competition year. They must be US citizens, and cannot have been married, pregnant, or have children. Unlike its sister pageants Miss Universe, which currently broadcasts on JKN18 and like its sister pageant Miss USA, it is televised on The CW television network starting in 2024, after being streamed online for several years. The Miss Universe Organization previously operated Miss Teen USA, as well as Miss USA, until 2020 when the rights to produce both pageants were licensed to Miss USA 2008 Crystle Stewart prior to her suspension in October 2022, thus returning the said pageants to the Miss Universe Organization. The parent company of all three pageants and the Miss Universe organization remains the same under the licensing agreement: JKN Metaverse Inc., a subsidiary of JKN Global Group.

Cerro Coso Community College is a public community college in the Eastern Sierra region of Southern California. It was established in 1973 as a separate college within the Kern Community College District. The college offers traditional and online courses and two-year degrees. The college serves an area of approximately 18,000-square-miles. Cerro Coso has five instructional sites: Eastern Sierra Center Bishop and Mammoth Lakes, Indian Wells Valley, Kern River Valley, and South Kern. Alyssa Marie Campanella is an American beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss USA 2011. Having previously been crowned Miss California USA 2011. Campanella was also crowned Miss New Jersey Teen USA 2007 and was first runner-up at Miss Teen USA 2007. Campanella was the sixth woman representing California to win the Miss USA title. As Miss USA, Campanella represented the United States at Miss Universe 2011, where she reached the Top 16.

<span class="mw-page-title-main">Miss USA 2018</span> 67th Miss USA pageant

Miss USA 2018 was the 67th Miss USA pageant. It was held on May 21, 2018 at the Hirsch Memorial Coliseum in Shreveport, Louisiana. The pageant was held at the same venue that was used for Miss USA 1997.
