Tiki Lafe (born 11 May 1954) was the Member of Parliament of Malaysia for the Mas Gading constituency in Sarawak from 1999 to 2013,representing the Sarawak Progressive Democratic Party (SPDP) in the then-ruling Barisan Nasional coalition. [1]
Tiki was a Deputy Minister of Rural and Regional Development in the Barisan Nasional government (appointed in 2004 [2] ),but was left out of the ministry after the 2008 election. [3] His loss of the ministry triggered unhappiness among the Bidayuh community in Sarawak that there were no longer any Bidayuh appointed to the ministry. [4] He was dropped as a Barisan Nasional candidate for the 2013 election. He recontested the seat as an independent,but was defeated by the Barisan Nasional candidate Nogeh Gumbek. [5] [6] Presently he is a member of Malaysian United Indigenous Party or Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia (BERSATU),a component of Pakatan Harapan (PH) coalition,in which he joined in 2018.

The National Front is a political coalition of Malaysia that was founded in 1973 as a coalition of centre-right and right-wing political parties. It is also the third largest political coalition with 30 seats in the Dewan Rakyat after coalition Pakatan Harapan with 82 seats and the coalition Perikatan Nasional with 73 seats.
The ninth Sarawak state election was held on Saturday,20 May 2006 with nomination day on Tuesday,9 May 2006. The election functioned to elect 71 representatives to the Sarawak State Assembly. The eighth state assembly was dissolved by Yang di-Pertua Negeri Sarawak,Tun Abang Muhammad Salahuddin Abang Barieng by the advice of Chief Minister Abdul Taib Mahmud,on 24 April 2006.

Ronald Kiandee is a Malaysian politician. A member of the Malaysian United Indigenous Party (BERSATU) and its Vice President since August 2020 and 2nd State Chairman of Sabah since December 2022,he has served as the Member of Parliament (MP) for Beluran since November 1999. He served as Minister of Agriculture and Food Industries in the Perikatan Nasional (PN) administration under former Prime Minister Muhyiddin Yassin from March 2020 to the collapse of the PN administration in August 2021. He was reappointed to the same post for a second term in the Barisan Nasional (BN) administration under former Prime Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob from August 2021 until the dissolution of the BN government in November 2022,when BN lost its reelection campaign in the 2022 general election. Prior to serving in the Cabinet,Kiandee was the Chairman of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) administration from 2018 to 2019 and Deputy Speaker of the Dewan Rakyat in the BN administration from 2008 to 2018. The Alliance of Hope is a Malaysian political coalition consisting of centre-left political parties which was formed in 2015 to succeed the Pakatan Rakyat coalition. It has been the ruling coalition since November 2022 after it formed the coalition government with other political coalitions and parties as a result of the 2022 Malaysian general election,and after it won the 2018 Malaysian general election to February 2020 when it lost power as a result of the 2020 Malaysian political crisis at the federal level for 22 months.
