Paulina Susana Rubio Dosamantes is a Mexican singer, songwriter, actress, model and businesswoman. Born in Mexico City, she first achieved recognition as a member of the successful pop group Timbiriche from 1982 through 1991, where she stood out as one of the main members. After leaving Timbiriche, she embarked on a solo career. Buscando a Timbiriche, La Nueva Banda was a Mexican reality show set to look for the new, re-make of the '80s and '90s Mexican band Timbiriche, hosted by Galilea Montijo. The show premiered on June 24, 2007, in Mexico on Canal de las Estrellas and on July 1, 2007 in the United States on Univision a week later from its original live air in Mexico. The show concluded on October 14, 2007, in Mexico, having Brisia, Fernanda, Alberto, Gaby, Eduardo, Taide, and Yurem as the seven new members of the brand new re-made band Timbiriche. Their first CD was released on November 30, 2007. The band announced their decision to split at their final concert in Nuevo Laredo in May 2009.

Sasha, Benny y Erik are a pop Supergroup from Mexico. The group was formed by 3 former members of the Mexican pop group Timbiriche, consisting of Sasha Sokol, Benny Ibarra and Erik Rubin who are close friends in real life. With much anticipation by their fans, Sasha, Benny and Erik released the live album Primera Fila: Sasha Benny Erik. The project has enjoyed much success with a national tour that started in late 2012 and has continued through much of 2014. The album has been certified triple platinum + gold in Mexico for sales exceeding 210,000 copies. Originally, the band performed 2 concerts at the National Auditorium in Mexico City in April 2013, but due to demand, they did two more concerts at the venue in September of that same year. In 2013, they released En Vivo desde el Auditorio Nacional, which went gold a few days after its release. At the end of 2013, the album Primera Fila: Sasha Benny Erik was officially recognized by AMPROFON as the second best-selling album in Mexico that year. In late 2014, Sasha, Benny y Erik will release their first studio album "Vuelta al Sol" and release "Esta Noche" as their first single. Next singles were "Todo tiene su lugar" ,"Japi" and "Punto de partida". In 2015, they performed at National Auditorium twice. In early 2016, they will release a new live album with new songs and hits, performed with several guests. First single "Lo Siento" featuring Pepe Aguilar, was released on February 19 in iTunes. In May, "Entre Amigos" was released and the band announced the end of the project in December. The album was certified as Gold some weeks later and they startred a farewell tour, which final performance will be on December 31.

The live recording was taken from the concert performed in June 2012, and it includes two new songs "Cada Beso" and "Sólo Tú", three hits from each one, and two cover versions of Presuntos Implicados and Fito Paez
Viva Tour is the second live album by Mexican singer Thalía. It was released on November 12, 2013 by Sony Music Mexico in Mexico and was released in the United States on December 1, 2013 by Sony Music Latin and later on globally by Sony Music Entertainment. The album was released as a full concert on the following formats : CD + DVD, DVD and Blu-ray Disc. The DVD format includes also a behind-the-scenes documentary about Thalia's preparation for the tour. The concert was recorded on April 26 and 27, 2013 at the National Auditorium of Mexico City, during the tour's last concerts.
Timbiriche VIII & IX is the eighth and ninth studio album by Mexican pop group Timbiriche, released on May 7, 1988, by Fonovisa Records. It was the first album that Edith Márquez recorded with the group after Mariana Garza left to start a solo career, and the last for Alix Bauer, Eduardo Capetillo and Thalía Sodi. The album was a tremendous success and in 1989 it was certified Platinum for selling 500,000 copies in Mexico.
