General Police (Ret.) Timur Pradopo (born 10 January 1955), DUBC was Chief of the Indonesian National Police (Kapolri) from 22 October 2010 until 25 October 2013. [1] Timur Pradopo replaced Chief of Police General Bambang Hendarso Danuri who was relieved of duty. He was nominated by Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono.

On 16 January 2015 Badrodin was appointed by Indonesian President Joko Widodo to be the Acting Chief of Indonesian National Police replacing Sutarman,who officially retired from the service and awaiting for elected Police Chief Police-Commissioner General Budi Gunawan who was a suspect on a corruption case. On April 16,2015,he was confirmed unanimously by Indonesian House of Representatives and sworn in by President Joko Widodo on April 17,2015. He was replaced by Police-General Tito Karnavian.
